This is my first time booking a Deluxe king-size room Nonsmoking The front desk person was very friendly and very polite. I didn't have any issues with check-in. The room was very clean and organized. The room didn't have any odd smell. The bathroom was clean and carpet was also clean and the vacuum. I'm booking again in the future.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't all that great, and I know it just cause I'm tall, but I wish the shower head was higher, or if they had a shower wand instead of just a showerhead would be nice

Nice big rooms, comforatable beds and had a room right in front of the pool area. Location was right off the hiway.

I felt so bad for the lady checking us in, she was new and all alone. I was patient because I could see she was having issues checking in quests and getting the reservations right. Other quests were not so nice.

Property was very clean.

I called for additional pillows. And got them. How ever never got the pillow cases. I called multiple times and they said they would send it up. And never did. One more thing. Didn’t like the hidden $50 deposit you need to make after spending a lot of money for a stay.

The hotel was clean quiet and comfortable.

What I didnt like is the fact that there is no mention of the $50 security deposit that must be paid with a credit or debit card and the fact that I was charged twice once for 188.46 and the other for the actual cost of the room 138.46. I dont understand why it was done that way. I received the 188.46 back into my account within 3 days it makes it seem like I was paying 188.46 for a deposit rather than 50. Being on a fixed income this caused my account to decline other automatic payments that were due on the 3rd.causing me to have late fees to pay. A notice would have been nice.

It was very clean and comfortable honestly for this price one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in 10/10 will be always coming back

I didn’t like how you couldn’t swim if you had a shirt on, also just a recommendation, I feel like the hotels needs a fresh coat of paint

I really like the ability to close off the bedroom from living space. Makes it feel less like a hotel room.

Ceiling showed patch job where spackling wasn't covered by the popcorn texture. Also, carpet was ripped in bedroom.

Quite, location, and super friendly staff. The parking area needs serious improvement.
