Ate elsewhere.

Not enough trolleys for luggage, but we're noticing more and more guests don't return them, nor are they in the hallways, meaning they're being selected at night and kept in-room for morning departures. Not just here, but nearly all hotels we stay at anymore. Although we checked in at 9:30 pm, there were two "wet" guests at the front desk asking for towels and simply told there were no more. They each already had a towel wrapped around, so not knowing whether those were from their own rooms or not, the guests replied there had been non available poolside.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was great.

We requested for housekeeping to remove the trash and replace our old towels with fresh towels. It took two requests to complete this task. Guest services told us that rooms are cleaned every other day. We replied letting them know we were aware, we were not asking for housekeeping to clean our entire room. We wanted the trash removed and fresh towels. Honestly, as a paying customer, it is not a requirement to ask for a request more than once on the same subject. Otherwise, our stay was great.

The Room set up

We had the most noisy disrespectful neighbors on the 4th floor. They knocked on our door at about 11pm-12pm at night, played in the hall, gathered with others joking around. The breakfast was ok but that gravy was so salty it messed up the biscuit and gravy. The restroom has no Ventilation and once you take a shower it felt stuffy. Pillows would go flat it hurt my neck.

The hotel was very clean everyone was polite. It was convenient for me and my husband food places in walking distance so we walked literally across the street ate and drinks and walked back love it.

I couldn't use the side entrance to enter hotel but u can exit the hotel he was parked on side but we couldn't use that entrance to enter we had to walk around to front.

I asked for a handicap room with 2 queen beds. They didn't have one with a shower except with a king bed available, so they emailed me and ask if a tub was ok with two queen beds. I responded that was just fine & they responded back they had me setup. We arrived early & stopped to check & let them know we were in town & may be late arriving & went ahead & paid for our room & they actually had our room ready. We were able to take our luggage up to the room & relax a little bit before going to a funeral we were there for. There were good places to eat & within walking distance. When I told them we were there for a funeral, they said to let them know if there was anything at all that we needed. We didn't get to enjoy breakfast this morning because we were meeting some family for breakfast & a visit before returning home, but it sure smelled good. After checking out the room we only had decaf coffee & I asked if they had regular & she gave me several packages in a small clear bag with handles to take back to our room. It was so nice of her very accommodating. She gave me enough to have several cups of coffee each.

The bed was a little soft for me & the pillows were not firm enough for me, but that is a personal preference & you can't please everyone, so I'm ok with that. There was no way to charge phones & things by the bed & I was not crazy about that.

Staff was great

Beds were horrible, when we showered everything was wet. The counter tops the floor.. Everything was sweating bad. The bathroom door would not close. The room smelled like mildew.

Very Good. The facility was very comfortable. The food court was ample and the personnel was very service oriented.

The food court was not replinished as quick as it could. Customers consumed the original offerings and it took quite a while to make it available once again.

It was clean convenient location.

They had two charges against my card. I had to contact the property and my financial institution for resolution.

This Hotel is super! Quiet, clean, and very comfortable bed, also just renovated. The breakfast buffet was so good! The staff were so kind! Thank you so much for your service and kindness.

It was all good until the power went out for over five hours. They were going to credit and give me some extra Hilton points.
