We had a perfect stay at this wonderful apartment on the beautiful island of Kimolos. The place is spacious, tastefully decorated, and has a large terrace with an amazing sea view. The location is great — right between the port and the main town (Chorio), everything is within walking distance. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They provided us with all the information we needed: what to see, which beaches to visit, and where to find the best restaurants. The apartment also has private parking, which is a big plus.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kimolos — it’s truly a hidden gem!

The owners were very friendly, helpful, and showed us the room when we arrived which was spacious and bright, and you got lovely slippers, towels and toiletries provided. The air con was excellent too! There is a large car park which was handy for renting cars/ATVs. The breakfast was beautiful with handmade pastries each day, with the cutest of cats roaming around. The location was great, it was in between the port and the main town, and was only a short walk to the main town of Kimolos or to the port.

Spacious room. As other reviews mention, the breakfast is a very good start for the day and it includes a great variety of options. The man that walked us to our room spent time to give us a lot of recommendations about the island, which was very appreciated. Good value for money, can walk to the Chorio easily.

Car (mostly truck) traffic woke us up on a few occasions. Even though we set up the "do not disturb" sign every morning, staff entered the room all of the days we were there.

Very sweet family runs it. They made sure we made the most of Kimolos and offered to pick us up and take us back to the port. The location was perfect (halfway between the port and the old town). The son Yannis arranged a boat trip one day for us. Breakfast had homemade savory pies, cakes, eggs, yogurt, honey, fruit, etc. The suite was very well kept, good bed and very homey. The mom Effie even gave us a little present when we checked out.

Beautiful room, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were as legendary as we were led to believe... just outstanding. The hosts took care of all our needs, hire car, sun umbrella and restaurant recommendations. Hotel staff are so friendly and nice, and of course Effie, her husband and son Yannnis were just great and go the extra mile to make sure guests have the best time.

Nice clean rooms, with everything you need. The owners are friendly and they will pick you up and drop you off at the port down the hill and they even offered to drop me off at the nearby beach.

The room was pricier than similar rooms I’ve booked on the surrounding islands but that could be because there are less options on this less popular island. Also, I was expecting an amazing breakfast based on reviews I read, but it a simple continental type breakfast in the reception- maybe they scale back in September?

The accommodations were lovely, clean, state of the art and tasteful . The owners and staff were pleasant ,courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was superb Food included traditional offerings of the island as well as the usual breakfast fare. It was tasty plentiful and fresh.

The breakfast was the highlight of my stay! Every day brought a delightful surprise with different local treats like pastries, pies, eggs, and my absolute favorite – Greek yogurt drizzled with their exquisite local honey. They offered to pick us up upon arrival. Their warm hospitality and the overall charm of the place made our stay truly enjoyable.

Room is so well decorated, spatious, clean with tv set, coffe maker, fridge, little terace in front the room... Bed is great, bathroom well equiped. Very quiet location. They serve good breakfast, but after 9.00. They organise pick up from the port and if you wish to stay an hour after check out at 12.00 in the room there is no problem. Effie is a very nice host.

The property was ideally situated between Psathi (the port, 3 min walk downhill) and Chorio (the village, 10 min walk steep uphill). The pictures depict the apartment realistically and it was nice sitting on the patio in the evening. Breakfast in the morning was incredibly tasty and prepared with a lot of care by the ladies who own and work at Kimolis apartments. This was very important because we stayed end of September and a lot of restaurants and bars were already closed for the season by then. We were very content with our stay at Kimolis!

If I had to pick then maybe that the mattress felt a bit lied through and smelled a little damp. One general note: the property is situated at a crossroads, so there might be a bit of traffic in the morning and the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors (which is pretty common anywhere in Greece, so not a fault with Kimolis). If you are a light sleeper, best take earplugs with you.
