Great location. Safe. Never had to worry about anything in the parking lot or weary people.

There was definitely a mold-ish kind of odor combined with weed in the halls and room. The carpets need to be replaced for sure. I wouldn’t walk barefoot anywhere if I was you. That all said, you won’t find a better place in the area near Atlanta in terms of not having to worry about any people, plenty of parking and convenient to everything.

I like the size of the rooms for what I paid for. The lady at the front was very nice. Very quiet place. Convenient to eaters and shopping areas. It's just a great location all around .

The guy who I encountered was nice/nasty. I apologize for not understanding what he was saying. He tells me and my husband not to say sorry in a rube way. I would rather deal with the lady who has been there than the guy.

The location was ideal with the convenience of restaurants & shopping. The area was pretty quiet. The hotel was older than many others, but good quality for the cost.

The toilet in the restroom of room 201 needs some basic plumbing performed on it. The toilet would “flush” every 5 minutes or so because the flapper probably needs to be replaced. This repair would save a little money on the water bill of the hotel. 😊

Stayed here for 3 days in a king room while working in the area. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a small refrigerator and microwave in the room, along with a one cup coffee pot, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. There was also a full size sleeper sofa. The heater kept the room at a constant temperature, which helped this south Florida gal defrost!

I was disappointed that there really wasn't a breakfast offered, which is why I chose this location over another. Coffee, juice, and packaged muffins. Luckily, Waffle House and IHOP are close. I will definitely stay here again when I return to the area.

They had clean rooms. They tried putting us close to my daughter(she’s an amputee). We were there for about 2 hours and realized our a/c wasn’t working… so they moved us to another room

The price was a little high. I was charged for 3 rooms instead of 2!! Still trying to get a refund

Desk staff was professional. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Room was big and clean. Cleaning staff was very friendly and provided good service. Internet service was good. Location was decent, close to the highway and many stores and food places nearby.

Breakfast is a misnomer. Both days, there were just packs of mini muffins and a machine with orange and cranberry juice... nothing else. Desk staff was not too friendly, however, their service was professional. I could hear everything going on in the rooms around me. Luckily they weren't noisy guests.

We really liked the location and the size. We traveled to visit Stone Mountain Park and the hotel was perfect for an overnight stay.

The sheets had a few stains and there wasn’t a lot of soap but that is understandable given it was only one night stay. There was also a bit of smell coming from the fridge / freezer. And the vent in the bathroom seemed like it could fall out of the wall.

The elevator was broken, but these things happen! Staff was kind. Breakfast didn't have a lot of choices, but I don't usually eat them anyway. Will stay here again.

Just the broken elevator. But again, these things happen, it's only a four story building. Perhaps they can consider adding some bagels and muffins to breakfast.
