Beutiful garden and big pool. In the jungle there is lots of exotic birds early morning. The Sri Lanka food is very nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had family room with 2 big beds which is suitable for several people we were only 2. Its amazing experience to sit and listen all the birds sing. Very peacefull place you get good sleep. Somebody mentioned the road would be difficult for bigger car. In the end its smaller on car road but no problem for the taxis we used, we took one uber there and the hotel helped with our airport taxi which was exactly on time and took 2 h 15 min this time to airport late evening. Very smooth. We went and eat in Unawatuna one evening took a tuktuk outside double the price compared with uber but we were tired to negotiate and wanted to be sure the driver found also back to the hotel in the dark. Very friendly and safe and smooth.

Its value for money maybe not as much interior details as normally in boutique hotels but this hidden gem is definitely worth an experience. There could be more soft relaxed furniture on the balcony.

This place is away from all the buzz of the main road, and all the lush vegetation makes it very peaceful and serene. Lots of peacocks and many exotic birds. The room was very big, everything was working (a/c, fridge, hot water). You just need to lower your expectations to a 3 stars facility.

Spider webs in the bed frame, and the room wasn't being cleaned throughout the stay - by the end of it we had lots of sand on the floor from the beach. Don't get their standard breakfast as you'll be disappointed. We asked for Sri Lankan alternatives and that was much better! The drivers quoted by the hotel are a bit of a rip off, we used either uber or local drivers for fair rates.

Very nice and cozy hotel. Very open and welcoming staff. Hotel owner helped us with transportation, picking a tour company for our further travel. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Wi-Fi internet quality was poor.

Big room with a nice bed and decoration, clean and big bathroom. The staff were kind but a bit busy. The swimming pool is the best part for families with kids; there are showers and toilets outside. The hotel's vibe is great, and you have a nice balcony with a bed that can make your night great.

For the first night, I couldn't take a shower because of the cold water. The road to the hotel is a bit narrow and may be difficult for a large car. Restaurants close around 9, and the food is not very good.

Thanks for allowing us to check in earlier. The staff gave us welcome drinks, also they did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, thanks for this hospitality, especially the guy named Nıtik! This is cozy hotel with a clean swimming pool in the jungle. The WiFi worked well, the breakfast was also good. Every day they cleaned our room, changed the bed linen and gave us clean towels. The air conditioner works good.

A quiet, cozy place in the middle of wild nature. Great view from the room. Big beautiful outdoor pool. Clean rooms and everything you need is here. We saw monkeys on palm trees, various birds and a palm squirrel. Cats also live here. Visitors, please feed them! Very good staff, the administrator is excellent, helps in any situation. Great hotel! I will definitely come back here!

Everything was perfect

We had a quality time at 'serenity boutique' and it was such a great vacation for me personally as i love being with nature friendly spots. The villa is located in a scenic and spectacular surrounding that is easily accessible to anyone. Cozy ambience, cool breeze, picturesque views, homey atmosphere, calm and peaceful environment will be truly mesmerized you undoubtedly.

Polite staff and great location

The room was very spacious, with a balcony overlooking beautiful palm trees and the relaxing pool! The breakfast was superb, Sri Lankan or European style, and the staff very friendly, respectful and professional

It was a bit far from the beach, but this is also a positive, in a hectic tourist spot. The air conditioner dripped, and the bed was two singles put together, not uncommon in hotels here.

Nice stay 10 minutes from unawatuna. The pool was really nice and beautiful. The rooms were not as pretty as in the pictures, but still nice. There is a very nice "beachclub" with swing at 1,5 km (Shanti Shanti, take the Tom yum pizza & cocktails)

The please is run by a group of young boys, you can tell they don't really have love and ownership for the place. It is not too clean, and maintenance could be a lot better. Cocktails were very bad & really expensive. Go to the beach ;)
