Awesome stay at a beautiful place, Rooms are good size, beds are very comfortable, bathrooms are good and water pressure very good most of the time! Sit on the deck looking out amongst the beautiful home garden and you will see all sorts of animals and wildlife including big monkeys jumping through the trees!! The host was amazing and very kind, Breakfast every day freshly cooked and a range of different breakfasts. Couldn't recommend the people highly enough, happy to help with whatever you need. Good location of the main road but only a short 5 minute walk to beaches

Peaceful cool shaded jungle garden location with a lovely clean room. Strong air conditioning and hot shower. Metres from the golden sand of the almost empty huge beach. The owner can show you where is safe to swim. Very well-priced and a short (<10min / ~1000LKR) tuk tuk to Ahangama and some lovely bars and restaurants. 15min tuk tuk / 1500LKR to Galle. The family who own the place are very kind: the son and his mother who run the place are very helpful. He arranged a 5am car to Colombo airport at a good price and the car was early to collect us. Ideal. Breakfast and food are available. The location is on the main bus route.

Having it pinned on Google maps is useful, as tuk tuk drivers found it hard to find.

A charming place, surrounded by wild nature. The rooms are cozy, clean, and very pleasant. The hosts are a lovely family, attentive to detail, and the food is delicious. Near the hotel are the train tracks, a beautiful setting, a wild beach with beautiful sunsets, and the wonderful city of Galle. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

The property is 4 minute walk from the main road and the Habaraduwa Beach. The room is equipped with AC and fans and a netting over the bed. The bathroom is small, but cosy and functional. The yard around the cabanas is instagram worthy - so nice to look at. The host and his family were great and so friendly. He arranges a taxi from Yala and as well a taxi to Colombo at a great price. We loved our stay at this cozy cabana, perfectly located just a short walk from the beach yet surrounded by the tranquility of the jungle. The cabana was spotless and comfortable, offering a true escape into nature. The highlight was the sweet family who runs the property—they were so kind and welcoming!

the bungalows are really beautiful - we especially enjoyed the big balcony. the garden is full of interesting animals: from your balcony you can see monkeys, warans and many more. it is perfect for a few days of resting. the host and his mother are super sweet and try to help where they can.

The property is set just off the road about 5 minutes walk to the never ending white sandy beach. The property was spotless, AC, good power and heat from the shower. Beautiful forest scenery. The host and his family were amazing!

A very short walk off the main Matara road over the rail track (50m) help make this little hideaway, watched over by the ever attentive hosts Padmini & Thusitha, very quiet and secluded. With four comfortable units (2 x 2 up), set in the private rear gardens of the main house, this small business has ben well planned and cared for and has a very particular rustic charm. Laying on one of the hammocks in the sun watching the array of 'Garden Wildlife' meander by is also somewhat relaxing.as well as interesting. Breakfast in the morning was always fresh with an interesting twist; Fruit / Sausage, eggs, toast, hoppers, coffee / and a different local surprise daily, I assume made by the Lady Padmini, well done and thank you.

Exteneded stays would be made more comfortable with somewhere to hang clothes to avoid that 'Living out a Suitcase' feel and a long handled wiper blade to control the water on the wet room floor, neither of which detract from the comfort of Lime Cabanas.
