Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable (we did sleep very well my family and I). Accessibility from Montreal is good (20-25 minutes by car), price is cheaper than most locations in Downtown Montreal. Breakfast has improved a little bit compared to our last visit: more choices and kids loved the waffles (so good). Pool stays opened until 10pm which makes a difference.

We would like to have somewhere to put the shoes in the room as they end up slipping through the bathroom or on the carpet of the room. Having a shoe rack could solve this issue. The cooking plates were hidden below the washbasin, and a message was saying available upon request (a bit confusing but we managed).

Under ground free parking was a bonus. Safe property surrounded by commercial properties. Breakfast was great. Gas station nearby, small plaza near by too. Very convenient just off the highway. And loved that there is kitchenette was a ++bonus.

Stayed 3 nights, bed was lumpy, pillows too soft. The room we were in has walk in shower which is great but after taking showers, didn’t like the water all over the floor . Either the curtain shower is too short from the bottom or the shower floor has to be built slightly deeper so water doesn’t splash out onto the bathroom floor. Had to use several towels to dry up so myself and my BF wouldn’t slip .

The location is not too far from Downtown Montreal only 20 minutes by car. The room was spacious and can easily accommodate 4 people even if I booked for myself and my 2 kids. It was clean beyond expectation and I got amazingly surprised by the heated pool open until 10pm. Plenty of dishes and even a dishwasher inside the room, everything to feel comfortable like home. When travelling with kids it is very convenient

I believe the breakfast could have more choices. The eggs were not very tasty, there was not too much choices for the kids except bread and cheese. The staff accepted to toast some white bread with eggs and cheese for them which made it easier. Choices to eat except from breakfast are limited but we found restaurants around and some few snacks at reception. Uber Eats is also an option for night owls.

Breakfast in the morning was lovely. Jasmine the receptionist was amazing also the housekeeping supervisor. Everyone was very helpful in there own way when asked a question. Great hotel to stay.

laundry machine stated that it takes coins but it wasn't working. The machine only accepted credit card no debit card was accepted to use with the machine which was a disappointment.

The breakfast was good and tasty but lacks variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful , I liked the pool it was very clean and has lots of convenient facilities . The room is wide and well furnished ,very clean and cozy. The front desk was very welcoming I am keeping in mind Jasmin and Therese and everyone working there. The location is good and near everything.

The pillows were horrible.

Super clean, very well organized. The pool was nice and the gym great. There was even a laundromat facility which we made use of as we were traveling for a while. And the underground parking was secure.

As others have indicated it’s next to a motorway and depending on how you sleep it might be an issue for you. But I loved that rooms had a noise canceling device so it wasn’t an issue for us.

The breakfast was good my kids loved that but in my opinion, it's missing vegetables and fruits. They had only bananas and oranges. The staff are friendly.

When we arrived, we had booked a room for four people, but upon entering, it appeared to be arranged for only two. When I inquired at the reception desk, I was informed that I could open the sofa, where I would find all the blankets, sheets, and pillow covers under the TV drawer. I had expected that the hotel staff would assist me with this rather than having to do it myself.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. The room was clean with excellent temperature control. Breakfast had everything we needed and was served at a convenient time. We loved that checkout was at noon. And the free parking in the underground garage, WITH EV CHARGING, was a very pleasant surprise.

I wished there were streaming services on the TV.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, I was traveling with 1 teen, an 11 year old and 1 toddler and their king sized room with convertible sofa was comfortable enough. Our rooms were always kept clean despite the significant mess my youngest made on some of the days. It was also very easy to drive into montreal town. The gym was very clean too and their pool was quite good.

There was an induction cooktop in the room but there was not any induction pan to use with the cooktop as the normal pans are not working with this type of the cooktop. I appreciate if you may consider adding the induction pan to be added to the kitchenware.
