the location was what we liked most the ease of having restaurants, pharmacies and shopping mall stores underneath the hotel made our lives easier and also the fact that all our friends wanted to come visit us because the hotel has a wonderful view and is accessible to the restaurants and stores in the mall

Excellent hotel, beautiful location and incredible rooms. The view to the lake is awesome! The gym is small but perfect and with a beautiful view! The location near malls and restaurants is perfect! The staff in the restaurant could be better, for this type of hotel the service must be very good, they looked with no experience.

Loved it. Staff was great. They were understaffed because Hilton fired a bunch of people after the flood (shame on you Hilton!) but the service was still great, everyone keeping up to high standards besides the obvious corporate bullshit. Kuddos to people working there we had a great time and were really taken care of. Highly recommended it.

- Parking was not free/included - Restaurant's food could be better.... sometimes less is more. Food was too elaborated, using ingredients that don't really go together. It was a great "regional" menu, but lacking options for someone that only wanted a normal, but still fancy, meal.

Parking despite the good service provided is quite pricey ( 95 reais per day!) , and the cleanliness of the room called our attention (our duvet was stained with food from previous guests and my wife noticed some hair of herself in the bathroom from a previous day). It is currently the most expensive hotel in the city and such a flaw was a surprise.

Such an absolutely beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were exceptionally lovely. The dinner in the restaurant was wonderful. We came to see the Alvar Siza Museum, which was within walking distance of this hotel.

There was not a proper table to work, and also I do not like the glass wall between bathroom and bedroom (if there are 2 persons and one goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the bathroom light illuminates the bedroom, in addition of compromising privacy)

The place is amazing, staff were very helpful and friendly from the entrance to the rooms. the view is really nice from the outside lounge area and you can get an amazing sunset view in the afternoon.

breakfast could use some improvement and staff shouldn’t asks for tips as i was asked. besides that it was amazing.

Amazing view of the lake, one of kind sunset. Just few minutes always from lots of options for dining and a long beautiful water front sport track busy with cheerful people.

The receptionist was very apathetic and all we have was a robotic welcoming.

excellent facilities, luxurious design, super comfy beds, and the staff were brilliant. we felt welcomed and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Great location and surrounding park and riverside area with gorgeous sunset views and near to a good shopping centre.
