Breakfast was OK, could have been a little more choice but for my liking OK. Please add Nutella for the Croissants. Bread rolls OK but could have been fresher... Good a/c which was running quietly with no problems. Excellent sound proofing I felt bearing in mind that you are bang in the centre of Offenbach.

The mattress is stone hard - must be hardness H5 (German Category) which made sleep uncomfortable and I encountered back and hip pain after only a few hours of sleep. This could be address easily by adding a soft topper or have one available upon request. I will bring my own next time... ;-) I noticed when reading through the comments, that I am not the only one having encountered problems with the hardness of the mattress... The neighborhood of the hotel is OK but not the nicest in my opinion... plenty of choice of ethnic takeaways and the likes...

Location is pretty great. It's right at the AB exit of Marktplatz station. There're bakeries, DM and also REWE at the corner. The interior is fresh new, modern and practical. The price is relevantly economic. The staff are really helpful and they can answer you or provide suggestions for all kinds of questions.

The elevator card, once touching the sensor in the elevator, it could lead you to any floor. It doesn't seem to be pretty safe that way. You would need to slam the room door to make sure it is closed. There is only heater in the room. If you want cool air, you'll need to open window a bit the let the air in. (since the hotel is facing the main Berliner Street, there could be some slight noise during midnight.) Remember to order the room cleaning when check-in. No laundry room.

Location was very convenient, directly at the S-bahn stop at Marktplatz. Easy walking distance to shopping and the Christmas market (in December). With S-bahn you get to central Frankfurt in 10-15 minutes, so this is a good location also to visit Frankfurt. The room was nice with a view of the city (which is unfortunately quite ugly).

The entrance from the square feels a bit strange, just a corridor which does not look like a hotel entrance. You have to take an elevator up to the reception for check-in, there the lobby is nice.

Google TV or at least the option to stream via wifi from own devices to the TV. Secondly it would be great to have at least a water kettle in the room. Anyways it was still a very enjoyable stay of 5 nights.

there were specks of dirt on the floor that stuck to your feet, and there were no slippers. I would also like to add a kitchen towel and dishwashing gel with a sponge in the kitchen so that you can wash the dishes yourself. the shower is inconvenient, water flows out onto the floor, and there is no rag or towel for your feet

The location was superb with the local train station and nice restaurants literally on the doorstep of the hotel. The room was functional and the air-conditioning worked well. It was also silent.

There could have been more variety at the breakfast but it was alright in general. The cleaning system is environmental, but the booking time for the cleaning was challenging. Also, on one morning, we woke up to the sound of drilling in the building just after 7 am, a little too early and it was without pre-warning.

1- the hotel room is quite and clean . 2- Hotel location is excellent . 3- very quick and smooth check - in and check - out . 4- very nice and helpful staff .

1- A car has no access to the hotel main door and even no parking point is available near the hotel to easily bring our luggage in or out .

The room and interior, stuff, hotel position near to the center and station. The parking in parking hous near to Lidl was unexpectedly cheap.

Cold room, the air conditioning was not heating. I did not find the wifi password, I'm sure I can contact the very helpful stuff, not a big deal i just used my own data.

Stayed in the 1 bed apartment, everything is new as only opened in June 2024 . It’s right by the station surrounded by cafes , bars and a supermarket. 20 min away by train from Frankfurt Main . Staff are friendly and helpful

The rooms do not have any USB sockets to charge your phone , so please remember to bring a European plug usb . The hotel is great price for what u get and very quiet also .

I recently stayed at the LOGINN Hotel in Offenbach and had a great experience. The room was big and comfortable, with clean sheets that made for a good night's sleep. It was also very quiet, which made it easy to relax. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Offenbach.
