The place was clean and a short ride from Everglades national park.

Two people were trying to check in one night and there was no one at the desk for over 20 minutes. I don’t know how long they waited but they were very unhappy.

The desk staff were all friendly and well spoken. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent—many different breakfast foods and drinks to choose from, and well-prepared and presented. I liked the pegs for hanging garment bags and things, really accommodating for a quick overnight visit. I didn’t use the gym or pool but they seemed to be in good condition.

The TV didn’t work, necessitated a maintenance visit in the evening while we were relaxing in pajamas. The man was competent and nice and soon had it fixed, though. The shower stall had some mold in the caulking. The carpet needed cleaning. They advertised pet-friendly policies. I often travel with a pet and my tiny Pomeranian was with us. But their pet fee of $150 is one of the highest I have encountered anywhere. More than the entire room cost!

Breakfast was continental with eggs, cereal available, bread, juices, coffee, and included in the stay cost. Breakfast time should be extended until 10AM. I feel 9AM is way too early for breakfast to be done. Many hotels have extended this time already until 10AM. All types of coffee available, and decaf. is a plus, in addition to tea :).

The air conditioner system I feel should be upgraded....it's about it....rooms are very spacious, clean, etc.

Parking should be free like every hotel I’ve been to, I think having such ample parking and adjacent empty lots a $10 parking fee is completely uncalled for. I made a comment to the concierge he understood and wave the fee that was really nice and I end up staying 2 additional nights.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating as always, we were treated very nicely as always, and parking was free :).

We've stayed at the hotel plenty of times, and this weekend, you ran out of breakfast before 9:30, which was very unlike the admin. Also noticed the hallways outside the rooms were very humid/hot. Thank you

We were very pleased with this is hotel in particular. We stayed in several that week, and based on the price, we expected much of the same we had already experienced. So we were pleasantly surprised to find such a nice hotel for such a decent price.

The location was subpar, but since we were just there overnight that wasn’t a huge issue.

Great hotel stay before heading out to the Keys. Pool and complementary breakfast made the stay easy and relaxing with kids. Free parking and failry close to the high way; convenient.

The extra bed for the kids was no real bed, but a sofa bed that we had to make oursleves. Supernice staff, but they could have prepared this as we did tell them that we were 2 adults and 2 kids comming.

Great breakfast and the staff was very friendly and accommodating! The room was very nice and comfortable, plenty of supplies and towels and very quiet! Great location - restaurants everywhere!

The King Suite was large, but the rooms are not separate.

Location to Everglades, restaurant availability, cleanliness, breakfast, and right off the Florida turnpike making it easy to go north. Nice area to put your clothes.

No chair in room besides desk chair. Some staff did not follow procedure but Asst manager made it right. Alexandra was very friendly and genuinely cared for the guests of hotel. Beds were a little hard.

The hotel was incredibly quiet during my overnight, far more quiet than a sister property near the airport. I enjoyed that.

It was all good.
