The lady that runs the front desk in the morning or that does the breakfast in the morning the lady named Maria she is amazing. She does very well and having breakfast ready and she's so friendly and she's so kind and she is a dang hard good worker I'll tell you that much and if you ever get a chance to stay at the Brentwood make sure you go eat breakfast and you'll meet Little Miss Maria she's awesome we enjoy seeing her thank you

The only thing I don't like about the Brentwood is you have no desk person from 9:30pm or 9:00pm to 8:00am in the morning or 7:00am or when Maria comes in but no desk overnight I'll just feel like I was a little dangerous and unsafe

We were UpGraded to the a*k*a "Royalty Suite" 😉 jkjk it's a type Family Room. 1 Rm 1 Bed and BathRm and a 2nd Doorless Room with 2 Beds and they're own BathRm 👍🏽👍🏽🎉 Worked out quite nicely and youngin's had their own space. BUT! the main room No T.V. & the 2nd Rm No A/C 😫😩 complimentary bkfst available Now also sharin' the owners are VERY new and have plans to make changes for the better. I'm sure it's a great work in progress WE WILL RETURN

The staff was very friendly, rooms clean, beds comfy. Had a handicap assessable room and it had plenty of room it also had a shower chair if you needed one.

The front desk was not staffed when we went to check in. It took a long time to get checked in. Felt the staff did know the computer system for check ins and check out.

The room was fine, but a little bit run down. It was comfortable. The bed was at a good height, not too tall like in a lot of hotels.

The location was off the beaten path and there wasn't much around the hotel. The television was also small compared to other hotels I have stayed in. Also, the WiFi strength was not the best in my room. The lighting was also dim.

Appreciated the cleanliness of the room, but the real positive was the check-in staff and the person managing breakfast and check-out the next morning. Both seemed personally interested in us and our needs and the morning person was wonderful. Shared her long term employment with the hotel and took personal interest in talking with people coming down for breakfast.

I liked that it served breakfast in the morning. The staff was very nice.

I didn’t like the water pressure, the beds was uncomfortable, the remote was not working so we got another one and it still would not work right. I didn’t like that the windows was open and there was no screen on them. Anybody could have gotten in.

It was clean and loved the free breakfast. With that said there could be more of a choice and it could last a bit longer but other then that great food.

Clean, comfortable room. Easy access to the room. I’m a senior who doesn’t do stairs well so I was offered a room in the ground floor. Great staff.

Staff was very helpful and friendly! The facility and room was always clean. Weekly rate is very reasonable.

it was very easy to see that the staff cared about everything. All were friendly, helpful, polite and professional. From the Front Desk to maintenance and housekeeping, all were Terrific, especially the “young Lady” who handles the dining/kitchen area.
