The hotel has a good layout, located in the very center of the old city, in a quiet alley. There are small restaurants nearby, but there is no noise from them. The room was clean, there were shampoos, tea and coffee, a refrigerator, an electric kettle.

What we didn't like, unfortunately, doesn't depend on the hotel. It was the music and noise that came from the dance floor and restaurants by the sea. All we could do was close the window tightly and turn on the air conditioner at night. I recommend the hotel for one or two nights, as it is close to the sea, supermarkets and good restaurants. If stay longer, then close the windows at night.

Nice location in the historic downtown area, very close to the marina and all cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, very basic, but the view from the terrace is great! Very helpful and friendly staff. Overall it was nice experience for 2 nights stay. Money for value is ok, but it was high season.

Minus of the location is that there are some noisy bars next to the hotel, so it might be a problem to some people at night. Bathroom is a tiny. Bed was not very comfortable, but some might like it, we just prefer more soft pillows and mattress.

Loved the views from the hotel. Staff where really friendly and helpful. We would of had a curry in the restaurant on the terrace but we did feel as we was a guest that they could of offered a discount. Maybe something they could look at the only problem we had was bat poo all on our balcony but as soon as we asked to move room we was moved right away and we was very happy. I'm not sure what they could do to stop this really anyway we would definitely stay here again so all is good

The constant noise from restaurants/ clubs each night which kept us awake. Also a lot of street dogs roaming about.

Spent 2 nights here for a mini break whilst on 10 day holiday in olu deniz so glad we did 1st off kalkan is an amazing boutique type resort set on a hillside with the most amazing small cobbled streets with amazing rooftop restaurants and bars one of the most picturesque places we've visited but was made even more special with the hotel we booked sea view balcony which was amazing looking over the old town and harbour great air con comfy bed and powerful shower and always hot water exactly what we wanted for 2 nights right in the heart of the old town and the owner was a great man gave us advise of where to go which we took and got dolmus to Kas which was lovely and a stunning beach on way back! Will def be back

I’m giving this the highest rating possible. Now, clearly it’s not a 5 star hotel with a swimming pool and world class service. But then, it was only £80 a night for a family room in August, booked at the last minute. Very clean, recently decorated, high standard bathroom (if a little small), v helpful staff, decent breakfast, and simply the perfect location if you want to be right in the centre of old Kalkan. Our room was perfect for us and our child (big comfortable double plus a decent single).

Sure, I’d love to say I’d like a bigger bathroom and to have two air con units in the room so it cooled quicker when we came back to the room each evening. But for the money? Absolutely nothing!

What great hotel! Tucked away in a gorgeous quiet Greek feeling alleyway just off from the main shopping area, it has a lovely feel - not too big and well sized rooms. Very clean and great bathrooms. The highlight is the rooftop terrace for breakfast overlooking the Mosque and the harbour. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely come back! Don't stay in the boring villas - come and stay at this great hotel in the middle of the village where the beach and restaurants are a minute away!

Very central location with a free parking lot just next door which is great. Easy to walk around kalkan and the staff very very friendly. Room was tidy and breakfast was nice.

Well looked after by all the staff and lovely breakfast.

Nothing not to like other than having to come home.
