My partner and I loved our stay in Knížecí cesta, we had plenty to choose from what we'd do there, tailored wellness packages, rooms we stayed in were spacious, getting around on e-bikes to Austria and around Lipno lake was at hand and we loved crossing the lake on the local ferry to the other side yet there's a road to drive out of ferry hours if needed. We paid for breakfast, and it was enough as there's plenty of places to eat around or in your own apartment. Highly recommend a nearby bistro called Kynutá Buchta in Horní Planá where we ate a couple of times and never dissatisfied with our choices... everything was delicious! Overall, I recommend Knížecí cesta to unwind and sport activities, and would definitely come back because their staff made us feel always welcome and nothing was a big ask for them, thank you everyone there for making our stay enjoyable! Missing our pet friends we made there too!

Next time we come, we'd stay on the upper floor, not the ground apartment. The buildings are old, and when people walk above you, the wooden floors can be very squeaky at times and can be unpleasant when one wants to relax. Luckily for us, this happened for two days out of the five days we stayed there and when we advised the reception, their staff was very apologetic and did their best to speak with the other guests to resolve this small issue we found only.

We loved everything- the staff is great and welcoming, the facilities are sell maintained and clean, the additional services like fishing permit, bike rent and SPA are great. And most of all - the nature around. This is an ideal place for a family vacation.

A small drawback in our case was the room itself, located in an attic - I am a tall guy and was risking getting hit by a wooden beam each time I was moving inside a room.

Everything!!!! Best place I have been in a while. Completely renovated complex with top-notch furnishings, quality bedding, and lots of space. Everything is original. Wood floors, antiques everywhere, fully equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. The entire apartment for the price of a room. Breathtakingly beautiful grounds. Lots of wellness treatments to choose from. A hidden gem. Great selection of reading material. Completely private and quiet. Amazing staff. There are goats, sheep, and donkeys one can feed and pet. A chicken coup. Private pond with ducks, a kids play ground. Fruit trees. You name it. Breakfast was superb. A fire pit. This place is 🔥. It's located on the South side of Lipno, so it's very quiet. One can take the ferry across to visit the beach and get dinner at the local places there.....

Nothing. Everything was amazing.

A super nice, super relaxing place to be in the nature. Very nice SPA, apartments in the mid of incredible nature. Good instructions and communication on arrival and departure. Outstanding for hiking, biking and lake swimming. Please be aware that this is in a remote Lipno location so around 45 minutes' drive from Lipno Nad Vltava.

Some staff (for instance in breakfast) are not super friendly. No daily cleaning of rooms. Lunch/Dinner options are limited but I understand that it may be difficult to sustain full restaurant due to location. This are mainly suggestions on improvement because the place is really great!

Location & atmosphere. Rooms were cosy, spacious, tastefully decorated and spotless. The setting is calming and relaxing in the countryside. Breakfast was excellent. Lots to do nearby and Cesky Krumlov is only 30 minutes away.

Everything was perfect. The apartments, the garden, the lake was amazing.

The pillows were not comftarble at all. We had a likage of rain water during night from one of the windows on the roof
