Everything!!!! Best place I have been in a while. Completely renovated complex with top-notch furnishings, quality bedding, and lots of space. Everything is original. Wood floors, antiques everywhere, fully equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. The entire apartment for the price of a room. Breathtakingly beautiful grounds. Lots of wellness treatments to choose from. A hidden gem. Great selection of reading material. Completely private and quiet. Amazing staff. There are goats, sheep, and donkeys one can feed and pet. A chicken coup. Private pond with ducks, a kids play ground. Fruit trees. You name it. Breakfast was superb. A fire pit. This place is 🔥. It's located on the South side of Lipno, so it's very quiet. One can take the ferry across to visit the beach and get dinner at the local places there.....

A super nice, super relaxing place to be in the nature. Very nice SPA, apartments in the mid of incredible nature. Good instructions and communication on arrival and departure. Outstanding for hiking, biking and lake swimming. Please be aware that this is in a remote Lipno location so around 45 minutes' drive from Lipno Nad Vltava.

Some staff (for instance in breakfast) are not super friendly. No daily cleaning of rooms. Lunch/Dinner options are limited but I understand that it may be difficult to sustain full restaurant due to location. This are mainly suggestions on improvement because the place is really great!

Location & atmosphere. Rooms were cosy, spacious, tastefully decorated and spotless. The setting is calming and relaxing in the countryside. Breakfast was excellent. Lots to do nearby and Cesky Krumlov is only 30 minutes away.

no food offer, except some microwaveable dishes in the bistro, breakfast not my taste, but the kitchen in the room is very well equipped, so next time we will come with food. because there will be a next time

Everything was perfect. The apartments, the garden, the lake was amazing.

The pillows were not comftarble at all. We had a likage of rain water during night from one of the windows on the roof

Incredible stay in an amzing location. For travellers arriving by train i recommend to get in touch with the property to tell you the best way to come. Facilities, Sauna, Welness area is just perfect!!!. Very quiet and in amazing nature, surrounded by Lake Lipno and the forrest. Breakfast and dinner was amasing. The room i got was super cosy with a home feeling. The whole area is build on a mega cool concept. Appartments with all facilites include, kitchen, living room and so on, that operate in a Hotel regime so you get the assitance of an operating reception to get infos and guidence for your stay. For those looking for a remote hide away, off seson this is definetly the place to be! p.s i was in January, in sommer is high seson so lots of activity around:)

Amazing staff, beautiful location and facilities.

I would’ve wished for more food options since there is almost nothing in the entire area for lunch and dinner.

The breakfast was good. The room was excellent. It’s in another building than the main building and I liked that very much. I’ve been sharing the kitchen with other people. The room was very clean. Bathroom and bed were perfect. I did 5 days of hiking around in the area and all 5 days were beautiful and long. The staff was eager to give tips! The sauna was very nice. it’s not included though, but It didn’t cost much extra. The staff was very nice, helpful and spoke perfectly English. Highly recommended if you want to have long hikes (5-6 hours) and have a comfortable stay .
