Really enjoyed our stay at one of the apartments. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The location is right next to the lake and super calm. The hotel has many amenities as well as playgrounds for kids. They also rent boats, paddle boards etc. We had dinner at the restaurant one night which was ok. Breakfast was just fine and nothing special. Definitely recommend this hotel and will go back

I had a massage at the spa which was ok but the massage room could be cleaner. The massage bed was filled with dust. No towels, or robes were offered at the spa. They came to clean the room at 9 am on our second day and we told them to come back in half an hour but they never did and the room was not cleaned. Perhaps move the cleaning time a bit later as 9 am is super early especially for families.

Excellent Hotel. Spacious, family-friendly accommodation with beautiful lake views, great beach facilities, and healthy dining options. The area is peaceful and ideal for relaxation. However, the stairs and steep path to the lake may be challenging for those with mobility limitations, and a car is essential for accessing nearby amenities.

The hotel offers a charming, peaceful, and beautiful view. The food is good, and the activities are varied. Clean and lovely.

Some of the staff members’ behavior was not very appropriate. There was a female employee in the restaurant with red hair — in my opinion, her attitude was harsh and impolite. She didn’t smile at the customers and didn’t speak respectfully. As for the rest of the staff, they were fine.

The location is nice but you can’t walk too much around since there are private properties. Since we were there off season and only for 1 night not much to do. The breakfast was delicious as well as the food for dinner and at a good price. The room was clean and pretty comfortable. The staff at the restaurant was nice.

The sound isolation in the room is the worst. We had a room next to the elevator and could hear everyone passing by, as well as noise from the other room and from the outside with the balcony door closed. The mattress was not the best. The staff at the reception not too friendly when checked in.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place on the shore of the lake, a bit further away from the main roads, so it is indeed very relaxing. The bed was comfortable and we had a superb breakfast. We had the room with the whirlpool and the infra sauna - totally recommended.

The room showed signs of some water damage on the ceilings but there was no bad smell or anything. The jacuzzi from the upper neighbors can be a bit loud. I really missed the coffe/tea from the room, even in "lower category" accomodations this is basically standard now. We had some issues at dinner with the service, though everyone was nice and helpful, we not always received what we ordered, or when we were sitting outside, we had to wait longer times until someone showed up.

Nice hotel with a decent size pool and saunas. Great and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet has almost everything you would need. Dinner was off the chain, like a michelin Star dinner. The hotel is right by the lake. There are only 3 things I didn't like too much.

Matress way too hard for me. Use of the pool and spa costs extra. Other than the lake, there is nothing else to do nearby.

This hotel is a true luxury place, amazing apartment, private sauna & jakuzy in the admiral suite. Very well furnished, awesome design and a nice helpful staff. We arrived late, and got permission for late checkout without any additional cost. Very good value for the facilities provided, Felt like a true 5 star hotel.

Reception and Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. The apartment is great with a good view on the lake.

When guests arrived in the apartment above us, we had a lot of walking around sounds, which actually in my eyes makes the price a little too high.

Very calmfull and nice enviroment. Clean rooms and pleasent staff at recepcion. Nice wellness. Greate food at restaurant.

The restaurant staff, not all of them but after the change of stuff in half of our trip. They think that the doors at the kitchen are soundproof. And when we ordered the foiegras there was very clearly heard from kitchen: "What the hll is foiegras? Bleh. Who the hell order it?" And then you are get it served with smile.

Quiet and beautiful, walk to water and sit on nice large benches in garden to take in beauty of area!
