Loved the amazing service!! Lovely boutique hotel with great amenities. Wonderful bar and lounging area. Food from the restaurant was top notch. Breakfast looked delish.

The TVs in the room are dated so you can only watch cable which was a bummer HOWEVER they are updating it in 2025! So looking forward to that. My husband’s favorite sweatshirt went missing. Super weird. They were very good about making note to look for it and to contact us if it turned up however we haven’t heard anything yet. Very interesting.

the room was very spacious, comfortable and the layout was well thought out. I was happy to find a cork screw in the room, as well as glasses, dishes and silverware. The staff was very pleasant. The cleaning crew did a great job.

I only had coffee in the morning. Not being able to get a latte was disappointing. The water in the pool was ice cold one day and the air temperature in the pool area was also cold.

I had surgery at Summit Health and live an hour away. We stayed the night and the beds are so comfortable! My husband was able to get a good meal and it was a nice to have a respite for the night before heading g home

Not really in the hotels control but the people on my floor with children up until 1 AM. Some people just have no awareness of others. But I just put my ear buds in and it was fine

The front desk immediately made us feel welcome upon check-in. My bf and I came as a last minute New Years idea (we are local and didn't want to go into the city), and as we checked in, we were provided a complimentary upgrade on our room, which was very kind and not expected. We also got room service since the bar was super busy, and the food came quick and tasted incredible!

We came in late from the city and arrived at 1am. The lady at the front desk said we should have called to confirm we were still coming as you had performed an audit and we hadnt checked in. I dont know if this is an Archer specific policy but if you charge me for a room, it shouldnt matter what time i check in. I shouldnt have to call to say i am still coming. While i understand the lady at the front desk was doing her job she was quite rude in her delivery and gave us a room right by an elevator which had alot of noise. The room and stay was excellent otherwise.

Staff at the hotel was truly remarkable and incredible. So professional, friendly and helpful - everyone from the front desk to the people working at the bar and restaurant were wonderful. The room was impeccably clean, amenities in the room were excellent and our overall stay was wonderful.

Breakfast was excellent. The menu was varied and provided good options for people with various food needs. Service was good, the room was spacious and comfortable.

Our experience at Archer was totally positive. The only minor complaint was the room was not cleaned until later in the afternoon after our first night stay at the hotel.

When I arrived I asked lady behind desk- do I need dinner reservations for me and 5 friends coming ? She said no. Then when I went down to restaurant at 6 pm , it was very busy. One if the waitresses was very helpful and said yes let’s reserve a table. She was the hero.

Wonderful boutique hotel near Morristown with cheaper rates than those downtown Morristown. The rooms are spacious, clean and the gym is excellent as well. I stayed for the breakfast as well and for the prices, it hit the spot. Will stay here again!

When booking the hotel, I mentioned that we were celebrating my husband’s 40th and the staff left sweet details in the room! The gesture was perfect to start our stay! I completed a review / reel on my IG page @sassi_eats
