Kylan went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. When we first got there he tried to hunt down a luggage trolley for us and when they were being used he offered to help us with our luggage to our room. Later my son went back down for a couple extra towels and a sheet for the pull out sofa, and he sent up the towels and a complete bedding set for him AND offered to help him up to our room with it all. His customer service was superb and he was so genuinely nice it was both surprising and refreshing. We would visit again just due to how good he treated us.

As one guest mentioned, the bed was extremely comfortable and we appreciated the curtains that closed properly so no early sunrise woke us up. Also the bathroom was very clean and provided everything we needed. The extra space in this room with the couch provided space for my night owl husband to watch the football game while I spent time in bed reading. Very enjoyable stay!! Thanks

The OJ could have been better but overall the breakfast is what would be expected.

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The receptionist was really cheerful and helpful.

When I came into the room, I was surprised to see a torn curtain. As regards breakfast service, the pancakes which were made in the pancake machine were good but the following morning I could not enjoy them since the machine was broken. I missed ham and cheese for the bread and I was surprised to see plastic cutlery and plates for serving breakfast. I expected a better one. The heater was quite old. I did not like the smell that came from the machine and it was quite noisy.

The smell of the corridors has an old musty smell. It wasn't overwhelmingly pungent, just noticeable. The drive in was terrible, back roads and no lights. However, that has nothing to do with the hotel. The staff was great. The young lady that check me in was extremely polite. We got in late due to a fatal accident on the highway; but, she welcomed me with a smile. We went to the Bronco off-roading location it was really nice to have a hot breakfast before heading out. The customer service and the professionalism was amazing.

Breakfast was adequate. Nothing wrong with it but nothing to rank it above most hotels of this type. There was hot offerings and sufficient quantity but surprised to find no breakfast (except coffee and fruit) on New Year's Day.

Bathroom lighting was not as bright as most hotels of this quality. Ice machine was not working.

The bed slept very well, staff was nice, and the breakfast was good. I got a great night sleep. Our room was clean. Cold ac.

The bathroom was a little dated (shower looked dingy)and dark. some tiles were missing around the outside of tub. Also the ac made a crazy noise (but I think it helped me sleep) but it was cold.

room was unexpectedly spacious. I recommend a suite here! we went aheadnd booked the same style of room for our next trip here.

morning check out person (6a) wasn't able to split the bill. Management would have had to do it later, but we had a race to get to.

Great rooms, superb room service, and amazing staff!

Breakfast options were really unhealthy— just sugary items. No fruit, no salads, no fiber. Eggs and meat were ok.

Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. They had good bathroom accessories.

Pool needed to be cleaned, but only had leaves in it so we still swam and had a great time.

Breakfast was good , when we went to our room , our remote wasn’t working properly. Manager came with another one and it didn’t work, she said she will give us a discount for the trouble but she didn’t. And we have to wait for a maintenance guy to get another remote.

We like everything.
