Staff were amazing! Particular thanks to Defne who helped arrange for a visit to Gobekli tepe and Sira Gecesi - both of which were incredible experiences. The hotel is really well located with a decent breakfast! Good wifi! The pomegranate tree in the courtyard is really memorable. They upgraded my parent’s room at no additional cost to accommodate mobility issues. We loved our visit and wished we could have stayed longer! Overall, we were charmed by Urfa and the hotel just made the experience all the more amazing!

Very nice hotel, authentic building and in the centre of the town. We had a suite room, which was really very big, comfortable with nice decoration. Although at the morning the area didn't have electricity, the personnel of the hotel did their best to serve a breakfast

The bathroom needed more light, but in general was ok

Breakfast had a variety o vegetables, cheeses, eggs, spreads, tea, coffee served on a separate plates and brought to the table you choose to sit. The hotel owner Sefa speaks English and drove us to the Mount Nemrut, Gopelkli Tepe and other historical site, very safe driving.

I would prefer that the breakfast be served inside a cold room since it is very hot within the hotel courtyard.

2nd visit to Sanliurfa, and had to return to this gem of a hotel. Even though it is the heart of the city, it is remarkably quiet. Staff all very welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast too!

After some unsuccessful overnights in this region during our trip, we were finally able to comfortably shower and sleep well at this hotel. Quite clean. There are minor shortcomings, but nothing critical. The staff is very good! There are plenty of parking spots right next to the hotel, so don't be afraid to turn off the main street. The view from the terraces is amazing, with rocking chairs available.

The room has high humidity. The floors could be cleaned more often.

The central position in Sanliurfa was fantastic. It was in a quiet, antique structure of some charm. We missed breakfat because we had to leave early for the airportbbut I am sure it would have been good.

There were no top sheets on the bed and we all had trouble sleeping because the bed cover alone was coarse although clean

Kubra was amazing and helped us out throughout. As two women traveling we felt completely safe and it was walking distance from many places in the city and a few mins drive from others. You can reach the city by bus and then take a taxi to the hotel which would take 7-8 mins. The Turkish breakfast served was also really nice and the room was super clean and quite big.

Wonderful movie setting in the hotel with wonderful room, comfortable bed, terrace, delicious and copious breakfast and a dedicated team. One of these perfect places I'll remember for a while!

Nothing

Despite being in the middle of the old town, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Special mention for Faruk, who not only helped with directions, but on occasion actually walked with us to make sure we got there. Breakfast was very good, and we were never short of çay whenever we sat down for even a minute.

If you don't speak Turkish, you will need Google translate. That is not a criticism of the hotel though, it is the same anywhere in Şanliurfa.
