Rating: 5/5 I recently stayed at the Urban Anaga hotel in Tenerife Santa Cruz, and I must say it's definitely on par with 5-star resorts. Coming from a 5-star resort background, I was impressed with the comfort and exceptional service at Urban Anaga. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant's fusion Japanese cuisine was outstanding. The team worked seamlessly together, providing top-notch service from start to finish. I was in room 607, located right under the roof bar, and despite the potential for noise, I didn't experience any issues with music or other disturbances. I did notice a previous review mentioning noise complaints, but my experience was peaceful and enjoyable. Overall, I'd highly recommend Urban Anaga hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and delicious dining options

Wonderful location; easy walking distance to the whole town, but very quiet with no cars and only a few trams. Staff were very friendly and helpful, including the lovely cleaning ladies. The breakfast was excellent with everything you could want. A bonus was that the breakfast room was pleasant and not crowded. The room was very spacious and comfortable , nice bed, all spotlessly clean. Air con if needed. Good big bathroom with brilliant strong shower, nice big towels. Very nice bar upstairs with fabulous roof terrace overlooking the harbour.

Despite being generally quiet, there were sometimes noisy parties in the bar, and several times late, very late shoutings and screamings from drunken people in the street and bars outside. Nothing to make you feel unsafe, just annoying. All the surrounding buildings were very run down and ugly looking - not very pleasant view from the rooms or while enjoying the excellent breakfasts.

Great location. Right in the center, close to bars and restaurants. Rooftop bar was closed due to carnaval so we didn't have any noise. Staff was really helpful. Spacious room, comfortable bed.

Check-in took rather long. If the staff has to enter all this information they could give the key and enter everything later, not make guests wait 10 minutes. Rooftop bar was luckily closed, but I find a hotel with a public rooftop bar a weird combination. People that book a hotel generally want to be able to sleep.

Friendly receptionist. Excellent beds and bedding. The linen as well as the towels were amazing. The location is great! Size of the room and bathroom, furniture was nice, as well as the shower were outstanding.

Very little only. The walls could do with a bit of paint. There are some black marks on the walls. The sofa was stained. The varnish of the faucet was chipped and a bit rusty it did not bother me, but it did not fit in with the rest of the lovely bathroom at all.

Accomodations very good. Staff very friendly.

Scrambled eggs mixed with cheese wasn't ideal. Should keep separate. Availability of poached eggs would be good. Online site said parking was available but the lot was full when we checked in. So had to unexpectedly pay for parking for three days in public parking. Had to change rooms because electronic lock on door wasn't working. But it seemed that the new room was larger and a bit of an upgrade.

The room was spacious, clean and cozy. The bed was huge – we traveled as a couple and could have easily fit another person (or two) in between of us 😅. The bathroom was clean and provided a great selection of toiletries including a detail kit and shaving kit. Bathrobes were available. The room also included a capsule coffee maker. The breakfast was great in both selection and quality. The coffee was excellent. We were happy witht he location near the coast in the historical zone of the city. There is a lovely restaurant right in front of the hotel.

The walls are a bit thin, we could hear other guests at times, however it's not as bad as I one would imagine. The shower had an anti-clogging drain floor but it seemed uncleaned for a while and made strange noise during showering. One of our windows was above the smoking terrace for the staff which was unpleasant.

We had a great birthday stay with visit of the cocert in the Auditorio in walking distance. Super nice service with pralines and cava in the spacious luxury suite. Nice hotel staff. Nice rooftop bar with excellent views. Associated vermouth bar downstairs. Very central with walking options to the major eatery zones. We knew it is a noisy location but we heard almost heard nothing from the nightclub on the rooftop in our room (second floor on the corner) but your noise from street level and the tram passing by. Great breakfast options, too.

The bed was only queensize and too small for 2 people! It was ok for one night. Rooftop bar has strange clothing rules - we were not allowed to wear hats and had to remove them in order to be admitted.

Everything was great, the size of the room was enormous, fitting the two kids beautifully. Nice breakfast, nice staff. Thank you! The room had a small KITCHEN (sink, stove, fridge) that I didnt expect, and was very useful with little kids for preparing snacks.

Dark. We got a room on to the Ventilation "courtyard" and it was incredibly dark. Depressive to stay there more than a minute awake... (which invites you to be out of the hotel the whole day basically ;)

Spacious room, nice design, very clean, good location.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. A lot of noise from the street if you want to leave the windows open. A few times there was a confusion with the number of towels needed and we had to ask for a refill of a shower gel. Fridays and Saturdays can get very loud because of the rooftop bar (however, the bar is nice).

Spacious, modern, and clean room. Bed mattress very comfortable. Nice views from bedroom and bathroom.

We were on the 6th floor and had noise from the above rooftop bar until 3am. If you are planning to party all night, it may not be a problem. But we did not plan to do it. Better choose a floor below if you want to rest.
