The room is very nice. The service also very good. We felt very relax and peaceful when staying there.

The breakfast can be improved. Staff there can't cook well…the egg over cooked it looks very different from the picture. Please assign someone can cook better to cook. The juice taste very chemical. Milk is not fresh milk. I think breakfast overall need to be improved a lot cause this is a very high quality hotel, I don't think serving breakfast like that low level suits the hotel itself also its customers.

I love the welcoming vibe of this stay with the friendly staff. The guy staff even offer us a hand right after we parked the car. The check in and check out procedure is very fast and convenient. The dining area for our breakfast is very comfortable and welcoming. There's one girl staff during breakfast time notice that our croissant fall down after we toast it and she directly come to us and offer a hand. That is a very helpful and attentive of her.

I think maybe the property can consider to tinted the window near the balcony especially the lower level because people can directly see from the parking. If it's tinted we dont have to close the curtain all the time and able to enjoy the view and fresh air from outside

Breakfast was good. Good attempt to provide international breakfast spread. If fish curry or sambal tumis comes with the pratas that will be superb. Rooms are well kept and clean and the location of the hotel is good for those who prefer quiet and peaceful stay.

During breakfast I noticed the coordination between the serving and the kitchen team can be improved further so that the guests will not experience empty food at buffet line with no glasses and plates. Food and dinner wares should be replenished on time. I did not see any games/play room for children and adult to occupy their time in case they are not able to venture out because of the weather.

Clean room, good staff. Want to commend restaurant manager Raju who was helpful to get us vegetarian food. (Though junior staff was non committal to arrange vegetarian food in the evening).

View from quadruple room ( which was one of the priciest) was disappointing. This type of rooms are only available at level 1 and 2, looking over parking and bushes. Was expecting good view being paying higher rates. Iron was missing, telephone was disconnected. The front desk was manned by all trainee staff who were not very helpful with our queries during check- in.

The hotel’s location is ideal—quiet, peaceful, and away from the hustle and bustle, yet still conveniently accessible. Our room was impressively spacious and featured not one, but two balconies offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. It was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the serene atmosphere. Dining at the hotel was a standout experience. The restaurant staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, with special mention to the F&B Manager, Mr. Rajoo and Ms Aqillah (unsure, if i got her name incorrect but she's an indian muslim lady who is 6-months pregnant) who worked tirelessly throughout. Despite being short-handed during our visit, he was hands-on and supportive, ensuring guests were well taken care of. His leadership and dedication truly made a difference. The breakfast spread was generous, offering a wide variety of options to suit every palate. Every meal we had at the restaurant was delicious—flavorful, well-presented, and satisfying. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the tranquil location to the outstanding service and fantastic food, it’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean (spotless), and we loved the run-by-a-family-vibe of the hotel. The location was great, short drive to Pasar Malan Night Market and a perfect for the strawberry and bee farms. Also the Boh-tea was fairly in reach. Next/inside to the hotel there is a nice restaurant where they serve a great steamboat (hot pot)! It was a very nice and pleasant stay - thank you.

There was some construction going on and you can hear noise from other rooms, but it was okay. Besides that, they had some earplugs in the side table and that was fine for us, great service!

There are lots of parking spaces, cratered both for guests and visitors. One doesn't have to worry about safety as the hotel has someone to check on the surroundings from time to time. Located away from the hustle bustle, it's a perfect getaway place for anyone who enjoys peace, cold air and scenic views. Might take a while to travel to the main tourist attractions but it's still worth it, specially for those who want to enjoy serenity. Room is spacious and clean; the beds are comfortable and blankets are warm. They do take your requests seriously and the hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. They have a restaurant on the ground floor which caters breakfast, lunch and dinner for everyone. Beware that portions can be huge as they are very generous in serving , and you've no trouble of feasting like a king. They definitely won't let you leave with a hungry belly.

Only downside is the noodle/soup/dim sum/omelette station..It became a self serving station whereby not many people (guests or visitors, be it local or foreign) know how to cook or make the soup noodles themselves..It would be helpful if they have a waiter or restaurant staff that could make and serve hot food right on the spot for that station

Good location (on the main road, yet our rooms were surprisingly quiet), the beds were comfortable, and rooms were very clean. There’s lovely, softly playing piped-in music that can be heard in/from our rooms. Lots of flowers outside the hotel - very pretty. My friends and I appreciated the personal touch from the manager Mr Raju who took the time to talk with us. We enjoyed relaxing at the restaurant’s terrace after dinner - and enjoyed a platter of fruit, on the house. Also, his team (from the porter to the receptionist to the restaurant staff) were very polite, warm and friendly. Surprising discovery: Took a walk one morning and came across Rose Cottage bungalow behind the hotel. Scenic views from up there. Beautiful grounds and flowers, and there’s a vegetable garden where hotel guests can pick their own veggies to be cooked by the chef.

firstly, the hotel seems a little old, there is only 1 elevator. the ceiling of the toilet is not straight especially at the shower area. secondly, there are only standing fans available. would be better if there are heaters as the room gets cold in the middle of the night. thirdly, the walls between other rooms are thin. we are able to hear the other rooms easily.
