Booked a Junior Suite room with a jacuzzi and it is worth it. Room was clean although with some dead bugs in it which is acceptable due to its location.

Tried to order beer. An Indian staff sent up the beer expecting we have exact amount and not even bringing up the card machine. (is this year 2024 or what?) When i say i don't have change he gave me a face that he needs to go down & up again. Is this my problem?!!! Either you charge it to the room or bring a machine up! why the face? I offered to go down with him, and his face got even darker!! What? you expect people don't have change and say to you keep the change? i would have tipped if you did everything without the aim to cheat for it!!! End up i took the notes and left the coins only when he came up with the change. Attitude of staff expecting return or ease for his own job is not acceptable!!

I came for honeymoon with my husband. The view the vibes was really suitable for new couple. I like the fooood sooo much! It was very tasty! And the staff was very friendly. Overall all good and will repeated again ❤️

The cleanliness could be more better. The fan in the room was very dusty 😅 Plus, I booked for a honeymoon deco. But a little bit dissapointed because they use fake rose petals hahaha maybe after this can upgrade for a fresh rose petals due to CH had a lot of fresh flowers.

Stayed there during the Good Friday weekend. Loved almost everything, starting from the aesthetically beautiful castle exterior, the purple theme everywhere (even on the shampoos), the face masks provided for guests checking in, the lavendar flavoured drink at the front counter, to the food at the in-house restaurant. The food at the restaurant was really good, which I did not expect. We tried the high tea, the pasta, the salad and the salmon. All were great! Loved the attention to detail on the hotel decor. My room's view (with arched windows) was really good! Clouds were rolling over the hills and at one point the entire hotel was inside a cloud (I have a picture). I'm definitely going back again. Please maintain this standard! 😁

One female staff with short hair at the restaurant was a bit unnecessarily snarky.

Quirky hotel with impact when you first see it. Within walking distance of some restaurants and the night market on Friday night. Room was comfortable and clean as you would expect at this price range and staff were helpful. At breakfast the range was limited and had virtually been cleared out as we were a little late but when I asked if there was more fruit the staff member actually brought me a plate over which was great and above expectations. The view from the restaurant in the morning at breakfast is lovely across the valley.

The breakfast was a little lacking, and they were not as quick as they needed to be to restock at busy times. Ate in the restaurant one evening and was only ok, would not really recommend. This is quite a new hotel but some of the furniture in the rooms was already looking scuffed, it obviously wasn’t good quality to start with. Bed and room remain very comfortable though.

The rooms were well maintained. They cleaned it everyday and replenished the toiletries. Staffs were attentive and friendly. The location of the property was awesome. It had beautiful views and the misty mountains were visible from our balcony. The balconies of both the rooms we had taken had spectacular views.

There weren’t much options of food. Being vegetarians meant we had even lesser choices to eat from. And the food was pretty costly. And being a little away from the city, we had not much choice left to eat from anywhere else. Breakfast buffet had very less options, much lesser for vegetarians .

Good location, big room, comfortable bed, very clean.

More training should be given to staff. Poor parking spot. I arrived in heavy rain, the staff didn't offer any help, only pass me an umbrella. I visited during my birthday, front desk wished me happy birthday and told me they will give me a complimentary cake, never saw the cake. Dont get me wrong, it's not about the cake.

Staffs are very helpful and approachable. Always greet us with a smile that makes us feel warm. The room itself is very comfortable and clean. Facilities are well equipped. Water pressure from shower head is strong and the temperature is just nice 💯 The whole room is very well ventilated, feel very comfortable upon stepping in TV well equipped with Netflix 💯 They’re very thoughtful for providing eye masks that ease our exhausted eyes after whole day of site-visiting. Breakfast was very good, even though it’s repetitive. That’s okay 👍🏻

As the hotel is located on the hilltop, the wind is always very strong and loud especially at night. Couldn’t really sleep on our first night. Parking lot is a little distance from the hotel. Somemore the parking lot is quite dark and no security guard seen around. Kinda worried about our safety as we park and walk down the hill. Honestly speaking, balcony is a little useless. Can’t leave it open at night cuz the bugs will come in / rains pouring in.

Its nearby kedai makan and convenient store so not hard to buy things if emergency like pads or toothpaste and nearby restaurant also.

The breakfast could be more vibrant and more choices in my opinion. Also, we add on a rm90 service for honeymoon package but a bit disappointed that it uses a fake roses. It would be better if use real rose petals.

I enjoyed the food in the restaurant. And the staff was lovely.

No AC, but the we could open the windows when it was cold. I still would’ve preferred an AC
