Cons: -Some of the furniture is old & uncomfortable to sit/lie on - Traffic jam to get in/out during Night Market time - If you bring 2nd car, can park in front of the shop lots but need to compete during Night Marlet time - quite noisy till 11am due to loud music at Night Market

Bedsheet very smelly. Masam xbolh nk tutup muka time tido .No tissue at kitchen. Floor not provide carpet a little bit cold when we walk. Should bring our slipper here. If u bring more than 4 gues u should bring extra pingggn mgkuk gelas. Dont have jug too.Their pan very old, it stick when we use not non stick anymore.

The room was very clean, view was good location is great.

Didn't have any issue on the room , but the apartment need to have a good cleaning services, basement parking , corridor was very dirty and smelly.

My stay at Play Residence was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. My room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere that ensured a great night's sleep. The place also provides a private parking lot for all its guests. The place convenient location was perfect for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this place and plan to stay again on my next visit!

Easy to self check in. Located near to many shop. Njoi tv provided, so we can still watch tv at night time.

No wifi, the house has unpleasant smell, i spray perfume to whole house to minimize that, bit dirty at kitchen sinks.

The apartment was spotless. Quiet and calm place to stay. 7eleven, restaurant and groceries shop at ground level, easy access and very convenient. At night til early morning, it was really foggy which is something i like. Never had that experience before. The host was very helpful, super responsive and they even created a whatsapp group to communicate with guest. The checking in and checking out process went smoothly, they've already given the clear instructions in the whatsapp group. The apartment was big enough for the four of us, really worth the price. You won't get any cheaper than that. Really looking forward to my next visit.

For this price, nothing to hate really.

My unit is facing the terrace house and hills. aircond only at the living room. But i think we dont need it because it was very cold in the night, 17`c. 7 eleven and grocery store is at the ground floor in the same block. The famous night market also right in front of the block. There are also 99 speedmart, halal restaurant, steamboat restaurant walking distance at the ground floor. There are also many parking down the block for the unit.

Maybe can put a bit more carpet 🙏.

The room is near from restaurants and shops , so quiet at night and cool place without on fan plug , the staff very helpfull and give me clear instructions only through with whatsapp, they also provide towel and cooking facilities , im stay at balcony area at night its very cool

only a few choices movies, smell not good at sofa cuishion and small pillow, i think the cleaner should spray with air freshner after finish the cleaning room

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Firstly, I really appreciate the customer service and how they always asked my whereabouts and updated all the details regarding the self check in + check out instructions through the whatsapp group. Flawless communication since I could have a direct conversation with them and the staff are always very pleasant and helpful too. The parking space was provided, convenience store within distance and also the view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable and well equipped, not to mention all of that comes with an affordable price. I had a great stay here during my short trip to Cameron Highlands. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was responsive and very helpful throughout our stay. It’s a cozy spot and definitely suitable for couples or small families looking for a peaceful getaway. Highly recommended!
