Very nice, comfy and cozy room, gently designed and equipped with everything you need and even more. The room is part of a nice villa with barbeque place and sitting area. The parking is inside the territory. The owners are very nice and warm people, ready to provide you all the required assistance. I enjoyed my stay very much and recommend to anyone who arrives to the area. The location is inside a village, very quiet. I had a rented car, so driving to the central area took me up to 10 minutes.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room was pretty poor, so when I needed to work I did it in the guest room.

The B&B is located at the end of a road which reduce traffic noise to the absolut minimum. It was a nice neighbourhood and safe parking is possible on the property. The host was really nice and the service was great. He provided us with recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit. The room was as described with the bathroom right next to it. The living room had a fireplace which made relaxing on the couch in front of it just amazing. The breakfast was great and had everything we've hoped for. We'd love to visit the B&B again in the future.

The authentic Italian vibe. There was AC in the room. The owner of the proper lend us a beach umbrella for free. The breakfast was exelent.

Slightly weaker WiFi connection in the room. There was a language barrier, however, we managed to understand each other. It takes approx. 25 min by walk to the beach.

Great BNB, we especially liked the private parking and the great breakfast. The private bathroom was a plus and the bed was comfortable. The garden area was so pretty we enjoyed a bottle of wine outside. There are extra touches that you don’t normally get. I highly recommend staying here.

The owners of the house are very kind. We got everything which we need. The room is very comfortable, nice, tidy. The breakfast was good. The garden is nice and we can sit there in the evening, we enjoyed it. We enjoyed very much our stay!

The B&B was absolutely clean and the room was equipped with everything you could need (including air conditioning). In addition, the hosts were super nice and welcoming and told us everything about Nettuno, the beach and the surrounding area during the delicious breakfast. We can recommend the B&B all around and would come back every time!
