Wonderful location, the entire staff is very gentle and always helpful, everything is very clean and in order. Great pool, with plenty of sunbeds and seats. Very nice breakfast, and great food served for dinner. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was amazing, but if I need to be picky.. Having an electric car I’d have liked to use their charging facilities, however their rates weren’t competitive, as I would have ended up paying more than double vs charging outside. I understand the property sees it as an additional revenue stream, however I would have rather have paid more for our stay and benefit from lower charging prices given that we drove a lot around the region.

What a beautiful hotel, surrounded by olive trees and vines. We had an apartment which was beautiful, small kitchen with a big fridge Beds were lovely and big and so comfortable, fresh towels everyday. bathroom soap, hair and body wash smells divine( you can, buy it at reception) Breakfast was simple and the same each day , but lovely quality, really friendly staff. Close to a few lovely villages to visit and under 30 mins from Pisa airport and same to the teatro de silenzio in Lajatico ,if you are going there as we did. We ate in the hotel restaurant a couple of nights, food was very good and really well priced. Pool area is amazing, QR code on your table to order food and drink to the pool side, again, is the good price.

Very friendly and unnoticeable (in a good way) personal, everybody speaks English, good pool with an option to order drinks and food there by QR (amazing home-made pesto!). Big territory and surroundings, free parking, mosquito nets on windows, silence. It is possible to buy local souvenirs (like olive oil, soap, etc.) inside.

Dinner menu is mostly not suitable for kids. Really hard to find something to order for the kid. Not everything we tried were cooked well/tasty enough as for Italy: the chicken was overcooked and dry, there was too much jam in the panna cotta, etc. But still 70% of dishes we tried were ok/good enough. So I can not say it is bad. Just not perfect. A bit weird that during the day staff and guests use the same pool together. Nothing bad overall, but feels weird when they had fun there 2 hours ago at the same time as you and now they have to take your order for the dinner with serious faces :)

Staff were brilliant and very helpful, really nice to have access to a pool (especially with a little aperitivo). The staff were very accommodating of our late arrival, despite reception being closed.

It is very rural and getting taxis is difficult and expensive (although the staff did their best to help), so would definitely recommend getting a car.

The hotel is amazing. Nothing is too much for the staff, rooms are clean and well furnished.The views are incredible and the pool is a luxury which finished it off beautifully.

The location although beautiful is difficult for transport links. The hotel were really helpful with taxis but if we were to stay again we would hire a car.

Literal perfection. Absolutely gorgeous stay, staff were beyond incredible, the food was to die for, we got engaged in this hotel and it was an absolute fairy tale. Staying in this hotel will make your trip the best ever

The staff were so helpful. They noticed we were leaving early in the morning for our flight home and they packed us a breakfast which was very nice of them. The food in the restaurant was fantastic too. Beautiful setting in the olive groves.

Perfect and quite nice for a family short trip

The breakfast was for us a bit late, we have a 2years old and wait until 8am for a breakfast was a bit caos for us on the weekend

Everyone was so friendly here. The outside area was beautiful. Food was affordable. There was the same menu for lunch while we were there and another dinner menu. Breakfast was buffet style with the usual yogurt, cereal, cheeses, toast, croissants. Occasionally staff would come out to the pool where you could order drinks with them. My party took a train and bus to get here, the bus stop is about a 10 minute walk. We asked the front desk if it would be possible for a taxi to take us to the bus when we were leaving and they actually had one of the staff members drive us to the stop. Very nice.

Air conditioning didn’t work so great, they said they were having problems with it and were working on fixing it.
