Staffs especially were great , only concern is the door leading to the side yard is kinda not very safe with high step and no guard rails to slert seniorsm etc, so I had a fall off the concrete step and was lucky without injury on 10_/6 morning

The breakfast was very tasty, very clean through the whole property. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay away from home but feel as if you are right at home 😊🙏

Great hotel. Taylor on reception was very helpful with queries I had. Nice rooms and good shuttle service.

The black decor!! Ghastly! The black corridors looked more like an underground prison! Dreadful.

The staff was great and so was my room, wish you had better tv stations/choices. Otherwise, I will be staying there again next time there on business.

Everything was great! Especially the big bed. Loved it.

I didn’t like that there was nowhere to put shampoo and things like that in the shower.

This is going to sound ridiculous but the only thing I have to say is that the lobby area smelled way to clean. It was an over powering smell of chemicals that hit you every time you got off the elevator.

Being outside for a while because the fire alarms went off on a visit and paid parking I think ppl who have reservations should get free parking

We stayed in Aloft Savannah, nothing was functioning and the room was not clean.In Denver everything was fine, they gave us a good room.Clear and well maintained.

The girl in the morning had an attitude, But the girl at night was very helpful and solved our issue quickly.she was multitasking, and quick.Thank you

Lori at the front desk was awesome! incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and a great sense of humor. we decided at check in that we would like to break up the last leg of our holiday travels and just stay another night at the hotel. She quickly took care of all our needs. we have now stayed at the DIA airport twice, soon to be 3 times and it quickly becoming our go to place in Denver. it’s become our go to because it’s value for money, close to where we need to be and mostly the people that work so hard to make you welcome!

Staff was friendly, attentive, water pressure in shower was great, room was pretty dark for sleep, blackout blinds worked well, face wash sink very unique, modern room design

Beds too soft, no floor trash chute/bin, lighting options in room too inadequate; no dimmer options in the restroom area, breakfast didn't include free juice options, no USB ports in room, no microwave in unit, no do not disturb placard
