The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was well appointed. The breakfast staff was amazing! I'm not sure how they kept everything well stocked and clean, with the number of guests. The room was nice, but the bathroom could have used some attention.

There was an arrest right in front of the entrance, looks as if a staff member was involved. There was a lot of gawking and uncomfortable atmosphere as we were leaving to visit with family. I'm aware that's not a situation you have much control over, but not a good look all the same. I don't mind the bottles of shampoo, body wash, etc., but please ensure they are stocked and not empty upon arrival. There was a leftover noodle lid/wrapper on my nightstand when I arrived, so just attention to detail while cleaning.

We selected 2 bedrooms which was perfect for our situation. Pool was nice, breakfast was good.

Upon check in, I was told the upgrade to the 2 bedroom did not go through (which made sense because I never received a confirmation that it had). After rechecking, manager told us that we had in fact been upgraded, and that everything except parking was already covered. Days later received $110.74 charge for the upgrade. In hindsight the ES Sonesta upgrade email option was misleading - probably would not have done it. Hotel had strong odor of weed even though it was supposed to be nonsmoking. Probably not much can be done about that, lol.

Room was great, pool was great, breakfast was great. One staff member in particular went above and beyond. We stayed there before our cruise and only realized a week later that we left our jackets behind. We called the hotel and the staff member that was working that morning located our jackets and set them aside for us to return and pick up. We were very thankful.

Hotel Is dated, there was a water leak on our floor right outside our room that required commercial fans running in the hallway to dry out the carpet. They were loud and ran all through the night.

Love the staff. Ms. Philips was just wonderful and very helpful. Meet a rude customer there and Ms. Philips remained professional I was so proud to see that. Breakfast was a wide variety. The pancake machine was a hit as alot of young persons was staying at the hotel. I myself loved all the options offered for the oatmeal 10 out of 10. Everytime I travel to Florida I would stay at this location, love it here🙌🏽🤸🇧🇸

The check in time is a Lil late but I understand and it's pretty much standard in the industry 🤷🏽‍♀️I can't complain about any really. Looking forward to my next stay🥳

The check-in process was good. housekeeping was well done baths were clean. Breakfast included real fruits and cereal and other healthy choices. Coffee was good. Clean swimming pool a basic gym with free weights, small kitchen with dish washer, non-quoted pots. Hats off to the cleaning staff, the front desk staff and the management. Maybe management could add some ripe bananas to the breakfast options. We were surprised by a parking fee after we signed documents etc. It wasnt mentioned on Booking.com. Dont think that is fair to customers no matter how small the fee is. Tell us upfront. I will be writing to the management about this

We stayed in a spacious and comfortable two-bedroom suite. The pool and grounds are very nice, both for those of us in our party that enjoyed swimming and for the others who enjoyed the outdoor gardens and patios for relaxing. The breakfast was one of the best we have had with plenty of comfortable seating. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

I would suggest hotel management spend some time coaching their front-desk staff on basic customer service skills. With maybe one exception, I'd describe the front-desk staff as curt and dismissive. Very little eye contact, did not ask how our stay was, generally not a welcoming experience. They performed their duties of checking us in and out, but was a cold and distant experience. (We also didn't appreciate the Sonesta policy of charging for early check-in even though our room was ready. Haven't experienced this with any other hotel chain.)

Breakfast buffet was nicer than pervious, nearby competitor. Pancake machine was broken all weekend. (I personally prefer the waffle maker!). Bacon 🥓 was a good option that was not offered at the competitor.

Prior to our arrival, the hotel experienced some sort of leak. Because of that, there were fans drying the carpet throughout the hotel. In the lobby, there was a fan and a garage can bottlenecking the walkway to the elevator. Also, there was a $5 charge to park in the

Overall well reserve resort location has good attractions near, Publix 2 min walking distance, plus restaurants, shopping centers 9 min with Transportation, Also I liked In resort has a Laundry room,ect. Staff were acknowledgeable & definitely had a good culture sensation.

Disappointed on Booking.com advertised a King & 2 bedroom suited was not available, On positive side my family side enjoyed accommodations Sonesta has to offer

Proximity to groceries and other stores. Very clean . Antonia was the manager mostly on duty during our stay and she was very helpful as we’re all the staff. The rooms are not cleaned daily but if you book a cleaning 24 hours prior it is cleaned . You can get fresh towels and sheets every day and if you put your garbage outside the door it is picked up in a timely manner

Arial at the front desk was professional, pleasant, and empathetic when my reservation at another hotel didn't work out. She was working hard to accommodate multiple guests and remained courteous and kind to all. She makes this hotel stand out! The room was large and included a kitchen. If looking for a comfortable extended stay, this is a great choice. Everything worked well, and the room was clean. The location was good--close to the Broward Mall, restaurants. and a hospial was within walking or a short ride service trip. Airport was about 20 mins by car. I paid $35 for one way Uber to the airport from this hotel.
