Despite its Finnish Brutalist architecture, this is a very good hotel: the spa and saunas in particular are excellent. Breakfast was good and plenty of room in the dining area.

Air conditioning in the room did not work - as the room was south facing this meant it got VERY hot during the day. A small desk fan is provided but this is not sufficient. Just a note, you get one FREE entry to the spa per night, NOT free entry during your stay. This was incorrectly stated when I checked in. However the spa is 5.60eur so not expensive (at least not for a single traveller, for a family this does add a potentially unexpected and unwanted expense)

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The staff were polite and professional, the food was good, and the facilities met expectations.

We appreciated the availability of parking, but were disappointed by the high charging rate for electric cars—especially considering we were already paying to stay at the hotel. EV charging should be more reasonably priced for guests.

Spa is wonderful. Good place to rest and chill. Clean. Available bathrobe for free. Play area for children. Mini bar. In the hall some food and drinks was available all the time. Enjoyed time with family.

A pilows wasn't good for us, too high. During the all night was some noise in the room. Sleeping wasn't comfortable. Almost didn't sleep.

Plenty of space in room, large beds. Nice restaurant, good breakfast.

Cleaning of room could be done better. Dust on all the dark surfaces. Hair and dust balls on the floor next to master’s bed. Iron was not working.

The christmas buffet and breakfast were excellent. The pool and spa were also a great experience.

The room for four included an expectation that two children would share a fold out sofa bed, which was uncomfortable and noisy.

Father/son 1yo travel: good children hotel with plenty of facilities, like good play areas, swimming pool and microwave in pleasant area, and very nice employees. Room with provided crib suited very well. Good breakfast. Good connection with the bus to the town.

A lot of the toys in the play area were broken, but it bothered father more than the endless playing son.

Great pool with warm water, which is quite rare.

Too much chlorine in the pool, we all started itching on the second day. Also a lot of dust under the beds in the room.

very good and child-friendly hotel. Very nice SPA, very good saunas and pools with very warm water. Our best experience with a Finnish hotel on this trip (5 days and 4 different hotels) I will gladly come back next time. P.S. very tasty breakfast.

The interior is old and has seen hard times, the spa could be open at least 23.00. the price could be better. Could be closer to Estonia.

Central cooling system is very, very loud

The hotel was lively, very kid friendly with play rooms and soft play, bouncy castle and role play rooms, the restaurants were big and child friendly and the food was ok. The breakfast selection was amazing. The spa was good and warm.

Very basic, dated rooms. Noisy. Rooms need more sound proofing.
