Friendly and kindness staff.

The main problem is the separation of some services, in charge of hotel restaurant. For example lake of sugar, ice. There are coffee maker in room, but if you need more sugar for some reason like you drop the sugar. You got to ask restaurant for sugar or ice as well, which they pass you three pieces of ice or one small package of sugar. It may not necessarily important, but definitely annoying once you need it so. For a great hotel like that,an ice maker machine is not to be added as a business to send you to restaurant as separated service.

Comfy and convenient place. Rooms of good size. Helpful and friendly staff.

That the floor was a bit dirty. Rooms were cleaned daily, yet, the hands of our little one crawling around showed floors were dirty. The entrance it’s in a very busy roundabout and getting out or in were quite a feat.

It’s close shopping malls and it’s really easy to move in the city near the hotel

There’s a lot of noise from the street (cars and trucks mostly) so if you want to sleep after a hard day, you wont be able. Also, on the second day of our stay, we had a visitor in our room that was on the second floor… a cockroach… the staff took about 1 hour or so to come and get it

The staff is wonderful. The rooms look just like the pictures. They are clean. The pool was open.The breakfast buffet was okay. The bathroom is amazing. The pool was open, but it was cold because of the weather. We had a wonderful time.

The sofa bed is not comfortable, but it is still a bed.

The staff wasent welcoming , wasent nice ir greeting , you could tell they didnt wanna help or talk to you at all , only the supervisor was more welcoming.

It was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant was only open Saturdays and Sundays. The food was outstanding.

The pool was being completely re-surfaced, and I thought that I should have known that before booking.

Very good location and facilities

We were promised a room with a patio and we didn’t get it, we asked the staff to change us to a room with a patio and we were completely ignored

The rooms were gorgeous and felt luxurious, the staff were exceptionally friendly and tended to every request. They cleaned the room daily and everything felt clean and comfortable.

The pool was a little bit dirty and caused me an allergic reaction.

The offer of tours because they don't explain that you have to way to get the bus the for the tours at least you waste like an hour and half go

Clean room, comfortable beds. Good AC, and great location.

walk up stairs with 83 year old mother. Had to pay extra to get room downstairs.
