I like that people are cooperative ,friendly and caring over there ,available all time for any help

Few things i didnt like that elivator is too slow takes time and sometimes stops unexpectedly on another floor and also food is more expensive but there quantity is very less for example i order fruits tray but in that its like small plate and they cahrge around 450 rupees for that and rice one bowl around something 420 rupees Also heater is not working when i call they them they engineer for check he said heater is not gonna work because they turn off hot water flow for that ,he said they wont gona turn on one room only that thing i m very disappointed of that because its cold inside and in other hotels they have both heat and Ac

From the moment we arrived, our stay was truly exceptional **Taranpreet**. He ensured we felt welcomed and attended to all our needs with professionalism and a smile. The dining experience was nothing short of fantastic. **Chef Vikram** and **Chef Bhupender** went above and beyond to craft dishes that were not only delicious but also personalized to our preferences. Each meal was a culinary delight, showcasing their expertise and attention to detail. Breakfast each morning was another highlight of our stay. Special mention to **Bindu**, who made sure our mornings started on the perfect note with her attentive service and warm demeanor. **Mukesh** and **Anirudh** were equally remarkable, always checking in to ensure our dining experience was smooth and pleasant. Breakfast was great. Room was neat, comfortable, spacious and tidy. The staff is pleasant, willing and helpful, and they even allowed me to check in earlier than the check-in time, which was sincerely appreciated after the long journey I had undertaken.

Lack of coordination between room service and reception staff. We needed bag weights to weigh our suitcases. We were transferred from Reception to Room Service, and were sent back and forth until they gave us the bag weights from the reception itself.

Excellent spread suitable for all tastes cuisines and preferences. My vegetarian preferences had lot of choices. Chefs personally came up to offer choice of South Indian spreads. They had authentic flavor and taste unusual for a hotel of this class. I enjoyed the pastries donuts mini sandwiches and excellent choice of coffees which can be compared to changi airport. The best deal was the breakfast buffet.

Hot water flow. You had to run the water a long time- kind of waste- to get hot water in the morning. Longer to get even luke warm. For most of us seniors the hitech lighting system was complicated even to shut of lights we didn’t want on or turn it on. To get tv on or off you could only operate it from the main master switch which was a hassle. Daily use item like hot water kettle was not working. Over all inspite of the hitches good value for money and a posh hotel.

The room was large and comfy. The restaurant food was decent.

The hotel is WAY WAY WAY WAY further from the airport than their listing claims. They say 2.5kms. It's umpteen times further. I left at 3:25 a.m. so there was no traffic around. After 10 minutes if whizzing along, we past a sign saying the airport was 8 kms away! It took 20 minutes to get to the airport from the hotel when the roads were empty, so it must be a horrendous joinery during daytime hours when the traffic is manic. The place is very scruffy for a Ramada. Everything in the room is worn and bashed.

It’s located on the highway convenient to go to Chandigarh and the airport easily. The staff were very good and friendly. They gave 2 rooms at a convenient side opposite to each other so that the family can move easily. Gym was great

The property has become old, so bathroom fittings and shower cubicle needs replacement. Water was leaking from the shower area. Food quality was lower than expected though the spread was elaborate

During my stay, I dined at restaurant. Had the pleasure of being attended to by Soni & Sharif. Right, from the start when we arrived at the restaurant entrance both made sure our dining experience was truly outstanding. Soni’s approach really made an impression. They were so friendly and welcoming! It felt like they genuinely cared about us and found the mix of being professional yet warm. I highly suggest asking for Soni & Sharif for an exceptional dining event that you'll truly appreciate!

The location and Ambience of the Hotel was superb! The pool was great too.. the view from the pool is good too. Breakfast has Indian and Continental options. The staff was decent and helpful.. nothing to complain. Will be going again... 👍

Nothing specific but bathrooms didn't have the wire hook to hang wet clothes. I have seen in some hotels and that's very handy.

The property is great and specially needs to mention the hospitality was top notch and coming from a hotel background myself I was very happy with everything and the towel art by Ex.Hk and the room attendant Ankush. Also the FO team is very pleasant and had a smooth check in. The food is really good and has a good spread. Hats off to chefs and the service team.

The staff were fantastic the food in the restaurant was very very tasty breakfast was ok great choice of Indian breakfast but a little limited for my western taste but I had toast and eggs so all ok

Not say I didn't like it but when this hotel first opened I bet it was stunning but I'm afraid that it's looking very dated and needs a good referb a couple of indian people we spoke to said the very same thing
