The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Toulon, within walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. The price is very reasonable considering the hotel's central location. Air conditioning needs to be paid separately it's an absurd, I did not saw at the moment of the reservation. Luckily they provide a good fan.

Perfect location, and very friendly staff. The hotel is perfect for short stays. Quality V price is the very correct one and even better. I will go back definitely if I decide to re-visit the city. Many decent food options around, even monoprix - all walking distance. Plage is a walking distance. The public parking/garage as well is v close to the hotel.

Nothing specific - Only one thing that is not related to the hotel, and I saw in comments here, is that if someone puts music in the street during night, you will hear it. That's true but it also goes for the whole quartier not only the hotel.

The proprietor was a lovely, friendly lady that made us feel most welcome and was super-helpful. It was lovely to chat with her. The hotel is in a perfect position for all local facilities and shopping, the room was spacious and very clean - all in all a lovely stay. I wish I could have stayed longer - when I revisit Toulon this is where I will stay again.

If I was to try and criticise something it would be the size of the shower cubicle - I am pretty broad and it was a bit of a squeeze, but it would probably not be a problem for the majority of people.

The location was perfect, the atmosphere was amazing and the beds, although they were zip and link beds attached together, were extremely comfortable. The bed linen was crisp white and soft as well. Oh, and don't forget to mention the lovely old lady at the reception! She is truly a gem.

Unfortunately our room smelled like cigarette smoke. Probably the previous guest smoked inside - I have no clue, but it was stinking anyways.

It is located in the old centre of the city and has this outstanding french vibe. Workers were super friendly and welcoming. My room was under the roof and had pretty nice view. Enough space for even little stretching. Shower was also comfortable with little packages of shower gel and soap.

Mattress was in packaging plastic cover, this was not really comfortable. Also my room was the highest on the 5th floor and it was little bit tiring 😅 but view and room size was better than the other I was offered.

The location is great, right in the middle of the historic part of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The young man on the reception speaks English very well. Everyone else, who speaks English a bit worse, tries his best to understand you and make you understand them. Despite being situated right in the middle of the historic part of the city, it's possible to park your car right in front of the entrance to carry your luggage in or out (you can't keep it there for a long time during the day though). You can use the collective kitchen downstairs. The check in and check out time is very convenient if you travel for a holiday. Although there was no an air conditioner in the room, the combination of shutters, heavy curtains and a ventilator made it absolutely tolerable to stay in the room, even when it was very hot outside

The absence of air conditioner in the room, absence of lift and the steep stairs to the room on the 6th floor, and a somewhat insufficient room cleaning service bothered the lady whom I travelled with, but I was quite fine with all that (the absence of air conditioner and the lift however was stipulated in the description). It would be great, if it was possible to keep the car parked right in front of the hotel all the time (you are only allowed to keep it there at night). Long term underground parking nearby is very nice and quite cheap as well, though

The lady working on reception was delightful, very helpful and friendly. It was lovely to chat with her in the mornings before heading out. The hotel is in a great spot and is quiet at night despite being in a central location. Would stay here again when in Toulon- merci beaucoup!

Great location in the middle of everthing. Nice and clean every time the room service been there.

There is only 1 person in the staff speaking English so we had trouble communicating even though they have a sign that says that they speak English. We got the room on 5th floor 95 steps no elevator on uneven steps if you are elderly or bad walking this is not the room for you.

A small hotel with character in the heart of Toulon’s Centre Ville. A warm welcome from the reception desk and an abundance of information about the local area was appreciated. The hotel is central to everything that matters: fresh food markets, cafes, restaurants, food-halls and transport connections. A character-laden room with a tiled floor & twin balconies only added to the experience.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was big. No air conditioning but there is a fan in the room which was fine and there was no elevator if you have mobility issues. Location is great 10 mins to train station and waterfront and heaps of cool restaurants and cafes around
