The service went well beyond my expectations!! The room was cleaned daily, the amenities were top notch and the breakfast café was lavish with everything you could possibly want. All the staff, especially the waiter Sam gave us the BEST customer service, even bridging a candle to our table for our morning date. The hotel was attached to a whole mall and we were able to buy and eat whatever we wanted without even going outside. I will definitely go to this hotel every time I visit Cebu.

The only things we didn't like was that we found a huge cockroach in our room, but just one though. Also the cleaning staff accidentally took my personal towel from home. The service was so good that I'm not even mad

The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff were friendly and gave us a quiet room at our request. The hotel is in a shopping mall, which is convenient if you want to have dinner as there are a few options to choose from, and includes swimming pool. WiFi connection worked well.

Before our stay we received from the hotel several messages to pay for the accommodation and provide the credit card even it was already paid in advance. They requested that via external suspicious links, and after clarification with booking we were advised to not click on any of those links. This should not be expected in a hotel of that standard of quality, as it looked a bit shady as if it were a scam. I urge the hotel to stop these practices. The water in the swimming pool could be warmer.

We loved: the fridge, the water clise by, the mall attached with a fabulous grocery store & restaurants, the Friday & Saturday Buffet was spectacular beef, so tender chicken, pork, sushi, noodles, ice cream, cake decaf coffee, the staff were phenomenally friendly helpful without invading our space, the gym was clean and had 3 treadmills that worked perfectly, gym had eater towels weights elliptical. We asked for a second chair and it arrived quickly.

The pool wasn't our favorite!,!We prefer to have an outdoor pool in the sunshine. We voiced a concern about the kettle that didn't have an auto shut off. It was boiling hot to refile it after it boiled too long. We still used it and had lovely coffee every morning at 5 a.m.

Summit Galleria Cebu offers clean and spacious rooms that are perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast selection is satisfying and the staff are friendly. Its location beside the mall makes everything easily accessible. A great choice for both business and leisure stays.

Everything was great overall, but the air conditioning was a bit too cold even at the lowest setting, even after the hotel staff kindly came to adjust it. It would be nice to have better temperature control in the room.

I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service experienced during my recent visit. The location is ideal, conveniently connected to Robinsons Mall. The staff members exhibited remarkable helpfulness and integrity throughout my stay. I would particularly like to extend my gratitude to Eric at the reception desk, whose assistance was invaluable in recovering my iPad. Additionally, I am grateful to the diligent housekeeper who found the iPad in my room. Their efforts made a significant difference in my experience, and I am truly thankful for their professionalism.

My family of 8 and a child in four rooms had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. All the staff are very polite and willing to assist. Waiter Nelson at breakfast was very courteous each morning and the buffet had new options each day. Staff made packed breakfasts for us before a tour and the airport. Our rooms were cleaned each day. The wifi worked well. The attached mall was convenient. We all enjoyed our time at this hotel, thank you!

Not a fan of the bathroom style where the toilet is separated from the shower. Also, when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk attendant told me that there was no booking in my name. I showed her the confirmation email and even the active booking on the app, but she said there really was no booking under my name. She didn’t even give me any sort of resolution. It took 10 minutes before she decided to look it up by the code and then found my booking. We were already dead tired and just wanted to rest. It was extremely inconvenient. They need to improve their systems and training.

Staff were courteous and accommodating. The room was clean. Place is conveniently located and near all the places we wanted to be.

Nice room, good price, the hotel is conveniently next to the mall, and the breakfast food is really good!

I shared a room with my parents - they had one bed and i had the other but the bathroom had no door….. there was a frosted glass for the shower and a frosted glass for the toilet. You can still see what the (naked) person is doing so i felt really uncomfortable lol i don’t know why it was designed this way? I had to put a towel over the frosted glass.
