Since the prices at other hotels in Fukuoka explode for Saturday we had to book this hotel in Kurume which fits with our travel plans, but it turned out to be a great choice! The hotel is located right in middle of 2 train stations (JR Kurume station and Nishitetsu-Kurume station - 1km from each). The first day when we came from Kumamoto, we stop at JR Kurume station and go to the hotel, then the next day, we go to Nishitetsu-Kurume station and take the Nishitetsu train to visit Dazaifu. The location of the hotel is perfect then for our travel plans, the surrounding areas is quiet but beautiful as well, in the middle of the city. Other than that, our room is quite spacious with comfy bedding, big flat screen TV and every amenities needed. The staff speaks English very well so no communication problem at all. A big bonus that I didn't know was that every guest has access to a public bathroom (natural thermal onsen) in the 2nd floor. They even provided yukata and slippers, towels for that. It's a shame that we didn't use this service since we were to shy. Overall a great experience !

Nice room size compared to other hotels in Japan.

There were people with tattoos in the hot springs bath, and no staff was checking these facts. The staff who came to clean the bath just kicked the bath chairs with leg in front of a staying guest, which shows a very bad quality of hospitality service. I was disappointed to see such things as a retiring guest to this hotel. :((((( The massage chair quality is really bad: it felt like a torchure chair, not a massage chair.

Location is good since I drove. Easy to access and staff at carpark is helpful even he did not know English. Very nice breakfast with a restaurant next to the big windows on the ground level. So nice to watching the street view in the morning. Onsen on the 2nd floor is nice too. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The slippers provided are a bit slippery. The room is a bit smaller than expected. I needed to park early since there is not much parking spaces provided since I asked the property by email. So I could not drive further that day. I am not too happy about this.

Rooms are large for a hotel and there is a large sento to bathe in. Beds are very comfortable and the lobby is nice and spacious. Surrounded by plenty of nice cafes and delicious eateries. The receptionists are very friendly, extra pillows and robes are available outside on our floor.

Location is a bit far from the station and the carpark is not free. No microwave available.

Centrally located in Kumar, so easy to find the hotel. This hotel has a spacious bath (onsen) and room is a bit spacious compared with standard room in hotels in Japan. Staffs were helpful, trying to help me although their English wasn't good.

I had to use a kind of public parking lot, so difficult to find it, and hotel is a bit isolated, so difficult to find restaurants from the hotel

The receptionist pretended can’t speak in english and made the conversation really hard. She was so frustrated at me and made me feel it was my fault. So disappointed otherwise it was a good stay.

Clean and spacious public bath facilities. Very comfortable beds and absolutely love the pillows (with the contours)! staff were super friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights of stay!

The breakfast choices were limited so we decided not to try. but if it had good food choice selection, it would be a major plus.

This trip was primarily for business purposes, and I chose this hotel because of its convenient proximity to my destination. The value of my stay exceeded my expectations in terms of affordability. The hotel was impeccably clean and situated in a prime location within Kurume city. Additionally, the staff members were exceptionally friendly, and the check-in process was remarkably swift.

I didn’t know that there’s a hot spring in the hotel when I booked it. The location and price are good. Hot spring is a bonus. The staff is nice, and they provide masks for ladies for beauty purposes after hot spring:)

the room is small but acceptable. the bathroom is old but acceptable.

The breakfast is good but not so rich, for example there are only two kinds of breads to choice. The room provide massage chair is wonderful for people walking long distance. Also, this hotel provide hot spring. it's really good to relax.

The location is very well because the stations is not close to the hotel at least one kilometer far. No convenient stores are neighboring the hotel.
