The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. The location is great, very walkable next to good restaurants and right across the water from the beach. Room was clean, beds were really comfortable and the AC nice and cold. The free breakfast was nice.

The shower had very little pressure, which we understand since the water in the island is very limited. The showerhead can be better though. Being next to the beach also means you will hear all the noise from the boardwalk, so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper and bring ear plugs and/or sound machine with you.

Great location, one of the few hotel to have hot water all the time. One of the employees, named Clark, helped us arrange all of our tours, which was great, since there is a lot of people offering you things to do, and it can get overwelming.

I would not recomend the "aquario" tour....way too crowded and messy...better of swimming on the far side of the island

Friendly, helpful staff, location , beach access right across. Plenty restaurants within short walking distance .

It could be a little noisy at night time, people gather outside (as the beach is right there ) to listen to music and hang out until late hours (2am). There are rooms that don’t face the ocean, that are probably quieter , but will miss out on the view 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Right on the beach and broad-walk, breakfast available in the morning, small pool area with restaurant and lounge chairs. Location was also great. Restaurants, small markets to pick up water and essentials and shopping nearby.

The bathroom was tiny and no fan.

Ocean is across the public walk and the pool is heated and great !!! Small friendly hotel maybe 35 or so rooms

Breakfast could have been a little better and more items but was a basic Buffett. But was average

Location is top Beach and the sea are perfect !specially for lil ones since the waves are very small or none at all like a pool

The hotel is very well situated, it is close to everything in San Andrés. You can find a lot of places to eat very close or if you want to eat there the food is veru good. The beach is just in the front.

We had a large room with a second alcove and bed. Bathroom was large and clean. Staff was very friendly and breakfast in morning was excellent with fresh fruits and foods.
