We.ve stayed at this hotel many times, friendly owner, and a good location for Arenal Beach with plenty of bars/cafes/restaurants etc. Small rooms but OK for a short visit.

Did not enjoy the experience of room 9 on the roof. The quilt on the bed barely reached the sides, it looked like a single size quilt for a double bed. Also there was a humming/buzzing noise all night, sounded like a generator or something so we did not get a good night sleep. Even kept my husband awake and he has been known to sleep through thunderstorms!

The location was great and communication prior to arrival was good. The room was clean, had air conditioning and the bed was comfortable. It had everything needed for a one night stay.

When I arrived, the doors opened when I rang a buzzer but there was no-one at the desk. I called out but again no-one came. After a few moments, a lady arrived and talked me through the entry code and how to access the hotel. She was very nice and friendly. When I arrived back later that evening though, I entered the code and gained access to the hotel and said hello to a man sat at the desk. He replied hello but didn't even bother to look up to greet me, which I found rather rude. Greet guests with eye contact! The room was rather compact. It was fine for one night though. I was given the room next to the roof terrace and found it rather noisy at times. I wasn't sure if the drinks/food on the roof terrace were free for guests or not. This wasn't explained to me at check in.

This hotel was spotlessly clean and had a truly welcoming staff and atmosphere. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast as well as small snacks, coffee, and yogurt throughout the day, such a nice touch! It’s a peaceful and comfortable place to stay, and I really appreciated the thoughtful details. I’d be happy to come back anytime!

Convenient location. The room is clean, there is everything you need. There is a terrace on the roof, excellent "compliments" of the hotel

Very bad sound insulation, you can hear people in the neighboring rooms taking a shower, running water, etc. The mattress is not very comfortable.

Great value. Nice modern clean room, a good size and well furnished. The location in perfect right in the centre of Calpe and a short walk from the bus station. Everything efficient and organised. The roof terrace was superb, a great space and with free coffee and snacks available, as well as the ability to prepare food and use of fridge. If only this was more common. Highly recommended.

Nice little hotel in a convenient location for bars/cafes/restaurants around the Arenal beach area. Good shower and tea and coffee in the room.

The rooms are small and as soon as you close the window the rooms heat up very quickly. Leaving the window open is not an option as there is a lot of noise from the street. Like most hotels in Spain the air con is turned off in the winter, but a fan would be nice.

This hotel is in a perfect location being in the center and only a few minutes walk to the beach. It’s situated a few steps away from the main street though so it is quiet. I arrived via the Alsa bus and the station is only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Check in was quick and easy. And my favourite part of the hotel is the terrace which is available to all guests. There is coffee, croissants available and a fridge for guests to bring and keep their own food.

Although the room was quite clean, the bathroom had some grime build up in the corners. But nothing unbearable.

Near the beach and many shops, but due to the layout of the hotel no noise in the bedroom during the nights. Staff was also very helpful and willing to guide me pointing out parking spots for my motorbike. Self service breakfast was acceptable with a variety of choices, such yogurt, fruits, juices and tea or coffee and other small snacks.

No comments, the stay was too short to come up with any negative feedback.

Beautiful little hotel. Lovely roof terrace with seating and complimentary tea/coffee/wine and juice. Also cakes yogurts and croissants. Also a microwave for your own use. Our room was lovely fresh and clean. Location is perfect.

Our bed was very comfortable but very squeaky. This was just a minor issue. We will definitely be back

Clean hotel room with a comfortable bed. Easy access and helpful reception. A nice terrass on the top with free coffee, red wine, croissants etc.

Small minus on that the TV SAT channels didn't work, and the safety box did not work as it should. I just locked without any code possible to be programmeds. But, it is all just minor points, that takes down the rating for "Facilities"
