The hotel is located in a really peaceful and beautiful area surrounded by greenery and nature. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the owners are really nice. The menu at the restaurant is great with lots of vegan options and many of the dishes use ingredients that are grown on site. Don’t forget to check out Ruth’s shop near the entrance, she can tailor you items of clothing for a decent price.

In order to be more sustainable it would be great to have a water fountain rather than having to rely on plastic bottles

The entire staff is just as wonderful as the owners. A special mention to Sierra at the restaurant and the friendly reception team, who made every interaction a pleasure. If you're looking for a warm and personal experience, Nature Kigali is the perfect choice. I have never experienced such hospitality anywhere else. My nicest memories from Kigali are connected to this hotel.

Nature Kigali is a friendly and relaxed hotel , convenient for the airport and conference centre. The food was of very high quality. I stayed a few times when I returned to Kigali after visiting different areas of the country. It was a home from home. I will recommend it as a place to stay for any friends visiting the country. The staff were very helpful with a special mention for Tracy for all her efforts sorting out my trips

Wonderful hotel - simple but with attentive service and comfortable beds. The friendliest staff were ready to help with anything.

Almost every night there is a party with loud music in their restaurant/garden area. So if you want to have an early night-in or rest in your room during the day - that's not a good place for you. During breakfast, staff were hard to find. I had to be very proactive to ask for a menu and get served.

Safe uppermarket neighbourhood (German embassy on the other side of the road), a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery as well as a few restaurants within walking distance. Very nice staff

We had booked a room with a balcony but got a small economy room. To my understanding this was management's mistake.

Divine location, and staff. Brian, the night manager, was wonderful - really attentive and caring, and really made me feel welcome. Great coffee in the mornings, and I had dinner at the guesthouse twice while there, which was delicious. I was extremely impressed with the staff - they were excellent. And what a beautiful view !

My only proposal would be to book a room on the other side of the house from the little bar, if you are early to bed.

I am rating my experience a 10, because of the following reason. - I had a late airport arrival at 1am in the middle of the night. Someone was there to pick me up and drive me to the hotel. At no charge! It was covered by the hotel at no additional fees. - when I reached the hotel at almost 2am, someone was waiting for me to check me in. - Wonderful made-to-order breakfast menu - Wonderful, large yard with many seating options, and a nice view of the city - Very quiet location, away from busy streets - 5 to 15 minutes drive to great restaurants and coffee places. I loved these places. - Hot water, well functioning shower. Tooth brush and tooth paste offered, just in case... - Electrical adapter in the room so that I did not even have to find mine! - VERY friendly and efficient, quick staff - It's a family own business and Hugh and Christine will do everything they can to make your stay more than pleasant. Wonderful people. - Last but not least, it was a fantastic value in downtown Kigali.

There was not much to not like, maybe to improve service a bit better have more staff to serve breakfast early. It was 7.30 AM and there was only one staff working in the kitchen, I had to knock on the door to order. Also, there had been a kids party the evening before and in the morning plates etc had not been cleared up.

The name is very appropriate. It felt like we were in nature with the greenery, birds and the view. It felt like a sanctuary. The food at the restaurant were very good and the staff really helpful and friendly.

Pleasant small hotel in very nice garden with very friendly staff. Feeling of being in Rwanda. Nice area, type ambassador residences. Good location between centre and airport, and near convention center(by car). Good food served.

Quite a lot of lunch and dinner visitors, which is fine but just to be aware. Short walk to the main road but not much there, so basically need taxi or MC taxi to get around. Most rooms are upstairs with stairs access only.
