I am rating my experience a 10, because of the following reason. - I had a late airport arrival at 1am in the middle of the night. Someone was there to pick me up and drive me to the hotel. At no charge! It was covered by the hotel at no additional fees. - when I reached the hotel at almost 2am, someone was waiting for me to check me in. - Wonderful made-to-order breakfast menu - Wonderful, large yard with many seating options, and a nice view of the city - Very quiet location, away from busy streets - 5 to 15 minutes drive to great restaurants and coffee places. I loved these places. - Hot water, well functioning shower. Tooth brush and tooth paste offered, just in case... - Electrical adapter in the room so that I did not even have to find mine! - VERY friendly and efficient, quick staff - It's a family own business and Hugh and Christine will do everything they can to make your stay more than pleasant. Wonderful people. - Last but not least, it was a fantastic value in downtown Kigali.

Pleasant small hotel in very nice garden with very friendly staff. Feeling of being in Rwanda. Nice area, type ambassador residences. Good location between centre and airport, and near convention center(by car). Good food served.

Quite a lot of lunch and dinner visitors, which is fine but just to be aware. Short walk to the main road but not much there, so basically need taxi or MC taxi to get around. Most rooms are upstairs with stairs access only.

Upon arrival I was immediately upgraded as the hotel was not full, which was really appreciated. Very spacious and clean room with modern bathroom. Slept very well and woke to the sounds of birds singing in the garden. Had a very generous breakfast included with the room and sat in the huge green garden enjoying the natural setting. Service was very attentive and the staff friendly. They also have a nice library of interesting books to browse through. Highly recommended and great value for money.

Everything was perfect

lovely property just minutes from the airport ! I was looking for something different not a hotel chain. Kigali had many “boutique hotels” but the quality of these is very different from place to place. this was a perfect fit. lovely garden to sit outside and eat, and comfortable and clean room with a very personal feel. room for big groups, or singles. a relaxing change from a big hotel and a low cost as well,

Nature Kigali was amazing! Hugh and his family were so welcoming and helpful. The property is absolutely beautiful and located in a great neighborhood of Kigali. I will be staying here any time I go to Kigali in the future!!

Super friendly owners and staff! I felt like I was at home away from home. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the superior room that I was upgraded to. The owners were at the hotel most of the time and ensured that all guests were comfortable and well settled.

The owners of the hotel are always very helpful as well as the service. The hotel is clean, breakfast is delicious. The neighborhood is very green and peaceful. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Kigali.

Beautiful setting. Comfortable bed. Good communication. Staff and breakfast were tremendous.

If you have a room over the bar/restaurant, it is noisy until about 11pm, when there is an event.

I really enjoyed staying at Nature Kigali. The main reason was that the staff there was fantastic. They were so hospitable and really fostered a great experience there. Special shout-out to Brian who was the absolute best, he deserves a raise!!

Cosy and nice place with great people. Cheerful and willing to help. Has a great outside brunch/dinner place. I will definitely come back.

I value human interaction over tangible goods so to me this place was warm and home like:).
