Clean, spacious room. Plenty of towels. Liked the number of pillows(4) for each bed. It was very helpful to have a complete list of the TV stations and not have play hit or miss with a channel guide on the TV. Plenty of parking.

The beds were a bit too soft/worn, I had to sleep crosswise to find a firm area on the mattress. The room did not seem to be sound proof as I could hear people talking in the next room until late at night. I felt the room rate was a bit high for the location of the property (a small city along the expressway a fair distance from a major city).

The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. We appreciated that the refrigerator in the room had a freezer compartment for our ice packs. The pool area was very clean but may have been overly chlorinated. My husband and I didn't get in the pool, but our eyes were burning. We think probably due to the fumes.

The hotel was very clean. The room was nice and well taken care of. The Keurig was a plus in the room! Loved the size of the fridge as we could store drinks. The breakfast was nice and had variety.

The staff was not present at the front desk upon arrival, during our stay or when we needed to check out. Three times we had to wait over 5-10 mins for someone to locate them. A tiny suggestion, have a non dairy option for breakfast like oatmilk or almond for cereal for kids with allergies.

The person at the desk did not inform me that an extra $20.01 would be charged to my card but would be returned within a few days. Also the pictures show they have bacon for breakfast and they do not! The pool was colder than I was hoping. Other visitors said it was typically much warmer.

The cost versus the location and the fact that someone worked on their motorcycle until 1 am, continually revving the engine under our window, waking us repeatedly.

Room 205 the bathroom door was so low to the floor it took great force to open and close the door it made a scraping sound it was annoying especially when someone needed to use it in the middle of the night

No sign at night that was lighted that showed what roads to take to find hotel. Very difficult to find at night!

Breakfast tasted like home. The area was kept very clean which is very important now a days. Rooms were clean, n comfortable. My time schedule, I could have stayed another night.

Just would suggest a better sign by the road to see where to turn into.
