Hotel has quite an old style, situated on a hill with a beautiful few on a lake and volcanos (if you were lucky to obtain such room - I was). The room was not very big but clean and cozy. I loved the wooden bench just next to the window where I could read a book with amazing view outside. The warm water came almost immediately. Clean towels were available and room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was very tasty and I could even ask for a takeaway breakfast in case of some excursions. Hotel has also a view point up in a tower were guests were allowed (even encouraged) to go. Hotel is located very close to the town's center. The staff at the reception is very nice and helpful. Hotel cooperate with travel agency and it is possible to organize some trips through it.

In many comments I have read that the hotel's best years are over and I have to agree with that. I my opinion it is a bit too expensive for its quality.

Comfortable and clean. Good shower. Very nice buffet breakfast. Fantastic mirador on the 7th floor.

We had one of the very few North-facing rooms in the hotel and the staff had not thought to close the blinds during the day (before we checked in) to prevent it from getting very hot. This would have been a simple procedure, especially as the hotel does not have air- conditioning. The same applies to the mirador. Closing the blinds to the North might keep it cooler.

It’s a beautiful place in Puerto Varas center, if you are a international tourist this place it’s yours cause it’s near to the center (5minutes), near to the pubs and comercial area, 7 minutes for public transport and you have beautiful views

the breakfast it’s a little bit poor, you don’t have something really important about our local culture and it is the palta, for the rest, it’s fine

The rooms are very clean, comfortable and well insulated. The location is extremely convenient and there is an amazing top floor with breathtaking views. The breakfast is good and varied.

Sometimes they change your towels even if you do not "request" for that, which seems quite non eco-friendly.

Staff was very helpful at the check in time and also, early in the morning, when they let us have breakfast half an hour earlier than their opening time. The views from the room, over Puerto Varas and the Llanquihue Lake, were amazing.

The carpet was not as clean as it should have been. We found some female hairs. The bedroom window did not close completely. It was OK with us but the hotel might be loosing money with the heating escaping from the room.

The member of staff on the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, which made for a good first impression. Breakfast was taken in a nice room and had a good variety. The room was comfortable and sheets and towels were clean. The hotel is slightly up hill, but in easy reach of the central area and 15-20 minutes' walk from bus stations. All in all as expected for a mid-range chain hotel.

The bathroom was a bit small. No easily accessible sockets near the beds. The room decor was a bit dated and the window didn't let in much natural light. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room, it is a shame to have to pay for this at reception.

The personnel was friendly and helpful, the beds comfortable, the rooms clean and with a nice view, the breakfast quite varied.

The plugs were quite old which didn't facilitate charging any device.

Close to the centre of Puerto Varas. Typical Chilean breakfast-eggs, pastries etc. Nice view from the mirador of the hotel which has some lounges, and would make a nice area for a few cervezas or vinos at the end of the day. Its decent value gor a low price.

Small room, quite dated in its furnishings. The bar fridge had an unfriendly smell when turned on. Small shower in a bath tub.

Parking is ok, but you better arrive early while there are slots available. Location is amazing, great for walking, shopping, swimming in the lake. Breakfast is excellent. Amazing lake view from the room.

No air conditioner, which is pretty unexpected from Park Inn hotels. Also the bathroom was so tiny that it was no place for bathing belongings.

Located close to the really nice city centre, close to the supermarket and a variety of restaurants. The staff was very helpful and kind. The mirador room on the 8th floor is truly amazing! You have a clear view over the city, the lake, and the mountains/volcanoes!

Laundry service took long, and was very expensive.
