Pool, location in comparison to airport and transit, breakfast included, sleepwear for our use, laundry facilities, Shisa dressed up for Halloween!

Paying to use the pool even though we were guests because we didn’t book directly with the hotel. Worried about parking filling up at hotel so being back early every day. Hotel doesn’t want you walking around in swimwear, slippers etc outside of your room which I’ve never seen the request before when visiting the pool area.

Great location, we loved the little izakaya alleyways next to the hotel and the proximity to the monorail and gokusaidori. Rooms were extremely comfortable, bedding great, pool with a lovely view. We had an issue with our first room and they solved the situation promptly and professionally. Spacious rooms. Staff were very attentive.

We liked everything really. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast which runs until 10:30, but from 10 onwards staff were already pressuring us to finish, and at 10:31 you are asked directly to leave even if you're still having a coffee. That made the breakfast experience quite stressful. It would be a lot nicer if the breakfast food closed at 10:30, but customers could still finish their breakfast at their table while staff start cleaning up. At least that's what I am used to from other hotels. Otherwise, everything was very nice. It's annoying to have to pay for the pool, but we knew about this before coming.

The breakfast offers "make your own burger" which is very nice, fun, and delicious. However, it's obviously seeing the hotel is short of staff especially during rush/peak hours for breakfast. However, most of staff especially people works in the front desk are really friendly and helpful. The location of hotel is also great while exploring Naha. Lots of shops, restaurants around. Would recommand!!

The parking fee a bit higher than others around, and during the peak hours, waiting to pick up your car could be up to 20-30 minutes. They don't do room cleaning, but only pick up trash and change towels which is fine. However, it's better to refill all of amenities while already got into the room than we have to ask the front desk to pickup ourselves.

Clean hotel, nice roof pool. Good value for money.

I was travelling with my family and small kids. We had two rooms. We arrived in the morning and left our bags until 3pm (check-in time) I explicitly asked to give us rooms close to each other as we have small kids and common suitcases. When we arrived at 6 pm we got rooms on the opposite sides of the floor. They said there are no rooms available close to each other. However, after some arguments they gave us 2 rooms on another floor next two each other. The problem was finally solved but I spent 45 mins at the reception trying to explain my point.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Kokusai-dori Shopping Street. The room is a bit small, making it challenging to fit two 24-inch suitcases, but it’s manageable. Other than that, there’s nothing to complain about. The decor is nice, the room is new, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes with great taste.

During our stay, the hotel was extremely busy, likely due to the holiday season. The breakfast area was very crowded, and the restaurant's opening hours, from 7:45 to 10:30, were quite late compared to other hotels. This caused a long queue of guests waiting for breakfast when the restaurant opened. However, the hotel managed the queue efficiently, and we didn’t have to wait too long. The parking fee was 1,800 yen per night, which is higher than most other hotels.

The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and very clean! The hotel looks just like the pictures. Huge variety of food for breakfast. Swimming pool very pleasant, although you have to pay extra fees to access it. The location is ok if you wish to stay close to the center of Naha. But it is far from any beach.

Most of the staff didn't speak english at all, only japanese, which made the communication difficult in many situations. Breakfast was good, but you have to book in advance the hour. This is very annoying cause the main goal of holidays is not to plan. We had a window in the room, but with no view and impossible to open it.

Nice lobby, frontage. paid around US$115 per night, in june, w 4 beds and breakfast for 4. that is great value. Rooms and sheets are new and clean. not a lot of walking space in the room but we got 4 single beds. so no complaints. Ice machine, vending, washer on some floors. Location is 5 mins walk from a monorail, and walking distance to kokusai shopping street. 24 hr food market just opposite. Bfast variety is good but remains same. so gets abit boring after the 5th day. no rooms face another building within 20m; all get street view .Highly recommended.

you gotta pay for pool use. So didn't bother with that. free one time use would be nice. Bfast menu could vary a little. but can't ask for more at thhis price

Overall we liked our stay a lot! The facility is very clean, the staff very helpful and kind (bonus point for landing us a vacuum cleaner to seal some vacuum bags when we were packing!) and the rooms are bigger than the Japanese average. The breakfast buffet is one of the richest I've ever seen and we also appreciated a lot that there are multiple coin laundry rooms in the facility. The hotel is also conveniently located at the beginning of Naha's main avenue with many restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Overall nothing to complain about. Perhaps the only thing that would make guests' life easier is to find an alternative solution to the need to pick a specific time for breakfast in advance. However, I also understand that some planning is needed to serve those many guests when the hotel is full and it isn't too bad if you book it just the night before.

I want to start by saying that hospitality in Japan is always excellent, but this hotel went the extra mile. At the reception desk, a very kind lady assisted us when all tours to Tokashima Island were sold out. She went above and beyond by calling the ferry port and managed to secure two seats for us on the same day. Additionally, the rooftop pool offers an incredible view, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. I would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Naha.

Extremely quiet. My wife said she’s never stayed in a quieter hotel. Breakfast provisions were abundant and tasty

The dining area seating was somewhat crowded and lacked dimensionality. If they did, the capacity would need reducing which was why they couldn’t do it. One morning, the cleaning staff came in without knocking. We didn’t put out the do not clean sign but a notice should be required
