We ended up not staying due to the pool and hot tub being down, the manager went above and beyond for us, Heather Johnson, was able to get our reservation cancelled with no penalty and called another property to make sure theirs was working. She was one of he most polite helpful front desk people we have ever come across while staying at hotels. Thank you again Heather for helping us get a place with a pool and hot tub , we ended up at Americ inn in Stevens Point which was very nice also! We need more employees like Heather!!!!

This was an extension of my stay due to winter weather conditions. Cordial staff, very comfortable room, abundant choices for breakfast, good coffee. Grateful for an accessible bath--not handicapped, but it's best to have something to grab onto in the shower/bath. Had an 9 night stay, visiting family in assisted living in Clintonville.

I arrived at 11:30 PM, after driving 6 hours in a snowstorm from Chicago. Two able-bodied personnel at the desk could have helped me with my luggage . . . Also, no offer to help with luggage on icy parking lot at time of departure.

the hotel is well kept - rooms are spotless - when I noticed the hair drier was broken the front desk imediately provided another one - brand new still in a box. Breakfast was plenty of choices - very good indeed. In the morning we could see the staff from the kitchen working to replenish things, taking care of every detail. The hotel is located in a quiet place, no traffic noises and disturbances from crowded places. Beds were comfy and bed sheets were nice. I would return definetely!

Despite the fact that we were a couple and we had 4 sets of towels - which is good - one set was really a small set of towels. They could improve the quality of such things.

The breakfast was very good. A lot of good choices, the staff continuously restocked items. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff worked with me to cancel one of the rooms that I had reserved. That was great. But when I got back home I noticed I was still charged for that 2nd room. It have been almost a month since then and I am still waiting for refund on that room that I received a cancellation to. That will affect if I choose to return to this facility again.

The staff was very nice, they had a lot of different options for breakfast, and the rooms were clean.

The control knob for the fridge in our room was broken so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. The hot tub was out of service and the bathroom door in our room had to be forced shut. There were also patched up holes that were never painted over (big white patches on the wall) and the leather on the desk chair was peeling.

This is an older building, but it was spotless-- in the lobby, hallways and my room. Very, very clean. I was very impressed. Traveled on Thanksgiving weekend, and didn't hear a sound the night I stayed here. Would definitely stay here again.

While I slept well, the bed was a little firmer than I preferred, but that is a minor concern, and would not stop me from booking here again.

We enjoy staying here because it is quiet and the staff in the past have always been very nice and helpful and the breakfast selection is great. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated.

The gentleman who checked me in did not greet me and only asked for my name. Not very hospitable. By contrast, the lady who checked me out was very nice. When we came for breakfast at 08:45 am the food had not been replenished and no one was available to ask. The food was eventually replenished at 09:30 am. The grounds look neglected and sorely need weeding. Not a good visual picture and makes you wonder what else is being neglected.

Adult swim, free continental breakfast, friendly staff.

Milk at breakfast was spoiled. May have also been due to the dramatic temperature change within that week. Milk may have had too much temperature change within a certain amount of hours/day(s), causing the culture in milk to activate and create spoilage.

Breakfast was consistently good. The location was 16 miles from our target destination, Clintonville; it is the closest, best accommodation for the price. Grateful for accessible bathroom and closeness to desk.

I noticed the people at the front desk were hard workers--helping with housekeeping and snow shoveling too. They also helped me with my questions about accommodating my family as we gathered to go to a funeral in the area. The lobby looks very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Beds very comfy, rooms quiet, clean, and up-to-date. Pool is larger than I expected. Price was very good value.

It seems that all hotels and restaurants are short-staffed at this time. I wish other travelers would be more patient and appreciative of places like these which are trying to do their best.
