The hot spring bath was superb - the facilities of the hot spring bath was well planned and organized. Max value next to the hotel is very convenient. We traveled by car so free car park was a plus and we did not care that it's a bit far from the city center.

Food in hotel restaurant is very good especially curry rice. Also very close to big supermarket where you can buy anythings. The location quite close to Legoland. You can take a taxi to legoland in just 15 minutes. Another great choice for stay when visit the legoland nagoya.

Although the room is not large but all facilities are well organised. There are plenty of easily accessible private free parking spaces within the hotel. The plum festival in the Oike Park adjacent to the hotel and the natural hot spring are bonus.
To allow more time for packaging of luggages, the check out time of 10:00 am should be extended to 11:00 am.

The spa and hot spring bath is huge with a great library. Kids will definitely love it. Or adults that loves anime will love it.

The staff were super nice, including the restaurant staff at night, despite the language barrier. I enjoyed the onsen, although it’s starting to show age.
The location was awkward for a solo traveller without a car. Not much surrounding the hotel and the closest bus stop was a solid 15min walk away. There is a beautiful park opposite the hotel, but otherwise not much else.

Comes with Onsen. Shuttle bus to train station.
Language...some concierge staff don't understand English and hanged up on me after replying "I don't understand English"......how else do you expect a guest to get help??? Shuttle bus was all in Japanese and I got wrong information from concierge. In the end waited 30mins under freezing weather without the bus turning up and had to take a taxi.
