As soon as I arrived late at night, I thought I was going to have difficulty in checking in so late at night (early morning). Ali, the staff member who was available helped me in checking in smoothly and offered to give me a room at the top floor sighting that I had kids and it was the quitest area. The room was clean, spacious and my family loved it. It even had a microwave to heat food. The bathroom has clean towels and the personal care items like shower gel, shampoo, lotion by the Dove brand which was eye-raising. When I wanted to check-out, I felt it would take me time as I have kids to get ready and Omar at the reception was helpful in extending my check-out time by an hour with no hesitation. The staff were always smiling and helpful. The breakfast is not so fancy but has everything you need for breakfast. Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, muffin, cupcake, cereal, milk, cheese, jam, juice. It had other items like sausages but I did not really look into them due to my dietary restrictions. The location is quite and is close to the city center. It also is right beside the highway so it helps in quick connectivity.

Longer breakfast time.

When we entered, there was a pleasant, sweet spirited, young adult, Omar, to greet us and give us our room keys. The food was great and the beds were comfortable! When we needed to talk about places to visit, Omar, the young man at the front desk, was available! The breakfast staff was pleasant, too!

The neighborhood around the hotel is a little concerning but we felt safe there. I could smell a scent of marijuana which is legal in Michigan. I smelled it around the city, too. This, I do not like! Not sure what hotels can do about that.

The hotel exceeded expectations in every way possible. Check-in, the staff, breakfast, cleanliness, literally everything was done professionally, and created a stress free and wonderful experience. I want to give a special thank you to the wonderful gentleman working at the front desk Saturday afternoon/evening. The customer in front of me in check-in was being extremely rude, loud, and difficult, and he handled the situation in the most professional and polite way possible. The way this hotel is run should be the standard.

I know you get what you pay for, and we got excellent service in every department, but 135 for a room is a little crazy, however I know that isn't really anything that specific hotel can do about that.

Our family is extremely satisfied with our stay. Nice beds and cleaning services on a daily basis were great. 24-hour tea, coffee and water in the lobby was a plus point. Also liked gem and indoor pool . Property was so clean & quiet. Will definitely stay here in future visit

The hotel was new and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and I liked the hot breakfast, especially because you changed it slightly each day. The Dove soap dispensers were a nice touch.

The pillows were way too soft. Don't like pillows you can easily fold. Also for a hotel chain, i am surprised that you didn't have recycle trash bins in the room. I wish you had laundry facilities on the premises.

The room was large, nicely decorated and even had a chaise lounger to lie down on. I also liked the breakfast. The selection was vast and there was certainly something for anyone's breakfast preferences.

I couldn't figure out how to lower the internal blind.

Facility and room was clean, staff was friendly. We only stayed one night, so I can’t speak on much else.

Waffle iron went out during breakfast and the staff couldn’t figure out how to get it going. They didn’t offer non pork meat options, so I was looking forward to the waffles.

Clean! Comfy bed, good pillows. Tall shower (I'm 5'11" and it was WELL over my head), hot water, good water pressure. I liked the caddy with the full-size shampoo/conditioners and the towels were soft. Good lighting in the bathroom too. I liked the hooks on the walls to hang my jacket on, and the chaise in the room was nice. Lots of accessible outlets. Good breakfast, lots of parking. Easy to find. Staff was SUPER nice. Hallways were very clean, quiet hours well-enforced. Cute patio off of the lobby. We were not there long enough to use the pool or the gym.

The *only* thing that was off is our dead bolt didn't work, but I told someone when we left and I'm sure it will be fixed.

The staff was professional and courteous. Apologized for us having to wait less than two minutes. Warm and friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

The bathroom could use a little TLC. The front of the shower pan was weathered like there had been a flood in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom would not stay open.
