Great location as we were a vendor at the fairgrounds

Doing renovations first room ac didn't work so we got moved to an inside room( prefer outside room) the breakfast and entry area was always warm ac apparently wasn't working the whole stay ( 8 days) maybe they was replacing 🤷🏼‍♀️

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was very nice too. And I love that they had rooms with outdoor access on the ground floor. It made bringing in our luggage very easy.

The only thing I didn’t like was they were renovating during our stay and a couple times the work woke my mom up.

The staff was very nice and friendly, the rooms were very clean, the pillows and sheets were extremely comfortable, the pool and hot tub were enjoyable and well maintained.

Due to the fact that it is an older facility, there is a musty smell that only time can produce, but whether mold or just all natural - this is the only minor inconvenience, we checked the bedding and mattresses, everything was fine and we slept well. Sprayed some perfume and once the AC got kicking the must was not such an issue. Location was excellent, there are plenty of essential places around like Walmart, and Cracker Barrel is in walking distance.

It was nice. Under construction but picked up and clean

I was on the first floor. Noisy outside with construction workers early in the AM, person above me walked around and made noise until 1 am then again starting at 5 am. The doors are very heavy. Everyone in halls just let them slam shut. No concern for others on property

We had a problem with the TV and the staff worked to correct the problem. When they couldn't fix the problem they moved us to another room across the hall. They checked the TV and made sure it worked before they moved us. The staff was concerned that we couldn't watch the ballgame we were trying to watch and was determined to make that happen.

Great staff friendly and helpful. Appreciated the access to washer dryer would have been nice to have more than one each

We had a good stay except on the morning of leaving you could smell pot in the halls and it was strong where some had smoked and I thought it was no smoking

I felt safe the grounds around the hotel were clean and well lighted so when I came in at night I could see who or what might have been around.

The hot tub was difficult to get out of it needed more steps that weren’t as steep, I have mobility problems I got in one time and struggled to get out. I would have liked to use it more but it was so difficult I didn’t feel safe.

Everything about it was perfect we were there for 3 night for a family reunion

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. There was urine around the base of the toilet that we tried our best to clean. Other than that the room was perfect and the staff was AMAZING.

Staff was very courteous, they called to let us know we left an item behind. That was unexpected and a first for us, very kind to reach out.

The hotel was fine and reasonable. If I had one thing to complain about was the pillows didn't smell fresh

I loved the location and the courtesy and friendliness of the workers.
