We had an Apartment on the ground Floor which was ideal for our Family. The Apartment Faced a Park area with lots of trees and a Play area for kids with table Tennis, so very peaceful, Safe and easy for the kids to get outside. Also the Beach was just a Short Walk through the Park (5 Minutes). The Beach was nice and clean with wonderful, white Sand. There was also a Soccer Court, where the Kids made some new friends. Nice, clean public toilets all the way on the boardwalk. Access to the toilets was included in the Binz Bay Card we got when we checked in. The boardwalk to Central Binz was well kept. It tool about 15 minutes to Walk down town. The Apartment was also Nice and modern with a Kitchenette where we ended up cooking most of our meals. There was a bakery very close by and a grocery store a Short Walk away. And last, but not least, there was a great spa in the Hotel with Pools and saunas that the whole Family could enjoy. We wished we had booked the place for å few more Nights and would defiintely go again.

Only the fact that Germans insist on using Cash in some situations, but this did not Apply to the hotel. Coming from Scandinavia we are not used to this - we can pay for basically everything by card or through an app, so we are not used to carrying cash anymore.

The location and facilities were good especially the swimming pool in hotel

The cleanness of the apartment was not acceptable. It was clear that the furniture was not cleaned appropriately, and when we cleaned the floor of rooms by ourselves, the tissue was mostly black and dirty. The price of breakfast was high and was not qualified as a 4-star hotel. The hotel staff in the restaurant had low-level manners, especially when zooming in guests and making fun of them!! Totally in some parts, the rank of hotel was less than a 4 star hotel.

My elderly mother and I stayed in an apartment, which was bright, spacious and warm (important given the uncertain weather in October). We used the kitchenette for breakfast, coffees and snacks, but had dinner in the hotel brasserie, which had excellent fish dishes. The thermal salt water pool was lovely. Last but not least, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is 2km from the centre of Binz. This was a bit of a stretch to walk for my mother. There is a bus service. The hotel provides the time table for the no 27, which runs every half hour. We realised after a few days that there are other lines, such as the no 22.

The staff are fabulous and have that first class can do attitude. The food was delicious and both the dinner and breakfast buffet was of a high quality The hotel is modern and fresh with an old school nostalgic family feel. The location is perfect, the spa is exceptional and we loved that our children could join us in relaxing . This is our second stay here and we will definitely be returning.

I would have liked an extra hour of the spa / sauna it would have been lovely to use it after returning from our evening stroll .

Excellent spa, lovely apartments and super location. Staff at the reception and in the restaurant were excellent.

The self catering equipment in the kitchen was lacking basic implements such as a chopping board and suitable saucepans. An inventory should be checked regularly. There was an unpleasant smell from the pipes in the bathroom.

Everything was great. Especially breakfasts in the first place, the location, the hotel spa and breakfasts in the last place. Take the apartment with terrace if you can - I estimate that you will have got a wet bathsuit if you are looking for the sea. There is movable dryer inside but it won't be most beautifull part of your leaking room (I mean living room).

The kitchen could be better equipped with pots if you prefer to cook yourself. We didnt found any broom and dustpan what is problem after few days in the beach hotel (the beach moves slowly into your apartment).

Really friendly and helpful staff provided everything we requested (kettle / ironing board). Great setting by the beach, Spa is really nice - we did an aqua-robics class and each had a massage. Restaurant buffet superb, breakfast very good too. Private parking was appreciated, though a little cramped.

Right at the beach and just a 20 min. walk to Binz town center, we enjoyed our stay at the Dorint Seehotel. 3 pools to choose from, although not as bis as originally thought but sufficient. Breakfast was a steep 21 euros, but we mostly used the kitchenette. Still a hard recommend!

After the 2nd day, we expected cleaning and also put the sign out, but it didn't happen. Might have been because of the busy easter weekend. I had to go to reception to get another toilet roll :)

Nice hotel

Shake there was so Manu trees betjene the beach and the hotel, so we could varela see the beach from out room. We drive Electrical car, and charging on Rügen is not good. The hotel should really get some charging posibilities, that would be very nice

Great thermal pools, relaxed atmosphere, fresh bread delivery, enjoyable spa treatments, offered a free shuttle pick-up from the train station and had live music in the bar on Saturday

My bed was a bit too firm for me but this is a personal preference and I wish they had snacks for sale since room service is not offered - although they have a full restaurant onsite
