Since check in isn’t until 1700, we didn’t try to enter using the machine outside. 1700 is kind of late but once we did check in, everything was fine. Customer service was great and room was, although small and with bare minimum, comfortable. Bed and pillows were very nice. Breakfast was small but provided a small variety. We stayed here as we were going to the zoo and location is perfect.

Late check in, 1500 would be better, but again, we didn’t try to enter via the machine outside.

A very pleasant room with effective air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Extra pillows provided. Large car park with plenty of space. Good breakfast. Receptionist very helpful. Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes walk which were a bit more expensive than we'd expected but we had plenty of choice.

Room door entry system was via a key code which had to be typed in on a key panel. Would have preferred a proper key - mechanical or electrical. No in-house restaurant or bar. Car park barrier was not in operation during the day (and I don't think it was at night either), and would have preferred to have the car park secure.

Used B& B hotels before. They are good value, are great for overnight or a couple of days. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good buffet style. Usually located on business parks with a selection of eateries nearby. Amneville hotel is in a good location for motorway access. Good facilities nearby.

No frills. Perfect location. Lot of restaurants outside the door. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was basic but exactly what we needed. Room was clean. Good hot water pressure in shower.

They need to repair the gate that it can lock again. It is not secure now. Little bit of noise from room next door.

Good choice for families on a road trip I believe. Next to a zoo, super good nature view from window with fresh air. Very relaxing atmosphere. There was a big wardrobe, room was good size.

Breakfast was very week. Bed wasn't comfortable in the standard twin room. If you'd like to get to Metz for a day trip (since its the closest big city) you have to drive, there is no other way of getting around

Location, and is ideal when travelling through France from the Shuttle (4hrs) towards Germany and Austria. Staff are very friendly and helpful and when I asked for a room (on check-in) overlooking the car park to keep an eye on my motorbike they accommodated my request. Breakfast is good too, so another plus for me!

This my 4th stay here, it's convenient for me travelling towards Munich (and beyond) as it's roughly half way (a variety of restaurants are within 500m)and I always ask for a room overlooking the car park as I want to keep an eye on my motorbike (motorrad) and the staff meet my request.

Easy check in, helpful staff, snacks and hot drinks available. The room was clean and quiet. The location is ok for an overnight stop with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was good.

The automatic key machine wasn’t working so we had to check in by 22.00.

I had made a mistake with the date of our stay but Booking.com and the hotel allowed us to change our booking with no additional cost. Thank you. The hotel is a two star but I have stayed in some three stars that were not as good. The staff were very friendly. The Internet was good and we paid the extra for breakfast which was good. The hotel was quiet. The hotel is in Amneville, zone de loisir. It has lots of leisure activities and nice woods to walk in.

Could do with a kettle and a microwave in the room rather than going downstairs to warm food then back to your room again by which time the food is cold!
