Pretty much everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Fabulous views. Nice pool, hot tub, deck. We arrived after a long day and were too tired to go out and got a very nice meal at a very good price in their comedor. Breakfast was good, very good by normal Chilean standards. Secure parking. One of the best, if not the best, boutique hotels we have stayed in.

We booked at the last minute going in to a major holiday weekend,(Festival de Viña) and were lucky to get one of the last rooms. It was very modest, but the price was right, it was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable, big screen TV and mini bar fridge. So no complaints, but next time we will try to book further ahead and get one of the very nice rooms at the front.

We liked the lady owner present on premises and helpful with suggestions. She speaks English! Nice garden with pool. We had a meal in the evening there

We really liked the place and recommend it to future visitors . Has secure parking Nice salon , attractive decor. We had supper prepared by the staff when we chose not to go out.

This is a fanastic little hotel. It has a lovely pool for the summer, and jacuzzi which you can use in the winter. The view is amazing. We also loved the decor which is in keeping with the period of the house.

The room, bathroom and sheets were very clean but in the corners there was dust and the stairs up to the rooms could have done with a vacume.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We did have to use translation app but we got there with a laugh. Great views over the bay from our room balcony.

We didn't have a car and had to rely on taxi as hotel was out of centre.in saying that once you got to know which taxi company to use and where to get it in town for the return journey all was okay, drivers never tried to overcharge and were helpful.

Beautiful views, quiet location, secure parking, great hot tub and pool. Breakfast was OK, could be better with some fresh juice and some baked goods such as croissant.

A little improvement on the breakfast could get me up to a 9 or 10 on this one.

Good location in quiet area on border of Valparaiso and Viña Mar. Good view of sea and city. Managed by the delightful and helpful Macarena. Off street parking ( essential). V nice pool and hot tub. Good breakfast ( when Macarena in charge).

A cosy and nice place with a calm atmosphere so I could relax in a zen mood.

Very comfortable vibe, quiet neighbourhood and some parking available.

It’s quite far from most activities and up a hill so a car is necessary.

I thought by the website it had more things to do like sauna but it didn't.
