Excellent [hotel]breakfast - although the hot food could have been a little hotter. The breakfast staff were excellent. VERY quiet. Although the hotel should not let trucks run their refrigeration units all night in the gravel lot across from the front of the hotel. The location was perfect for our needs.

When we arrived the young lady at the desk could not find our reservation even though we provided our confirmation number. This is not a good way to start off a hotel stay. She finally "found it" by using my middle initial as the first letter in my last name(?), but offered no explanation or apology.

On of the best experiences I had in the hotels. Everything was very smooth from beginning to end. Check-in was very fast and effortless. Room very clean, temperature in the room very comfortable. We went to the hot tub and pool. Water temperature was very comfortable. It was very nice to relax before busy day ahead. We like mountain view from the window. Breakfast was very delicious, and everyone was so friendly, I didn’t even want to leave. Definitely will stay in the future

The breakfast is a somewhat better than the average offering , cooked food was offered. The layout of the hotel is modern , well furnished and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and polite and helpful. This a convenient place to stay with easy access to the I-5 in either direction . Nearby there is a good assortment of shops .

Amazing views, friendly staff, breakfast was amazing, pool area was perfect and room was comfortable and spacious. I personally like the layout of a suite. Kitchen area was clean and fridge was bigger than I expected.

Bathroom had hairs on the floor. But overall room was clean. Except for the bathroom floor.

Close to restaurants and Byrnes Performing Arts Center. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I lost my diamond in my ring and called later to ask if anyone had found it. The person I spoke to was very helpful and understanding.

The property was good, but I wish the towels for the pool area could be a bit bigger.

I like how clean and nice the facility was.. I also absolutely positively love the breakfast they do an amazing omelet station that you can't miss out on it was a great stay if it was like this at all of the Best Westerns I think I'd be a regular member of Best Western..

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no tea for night time and there was no hot coffee in the lobby at night time they were out of coffee..

The walk-in shower was wonderful! That was the reason we made reservations a second time at this location. Staff was very friendly.

Beds could have been more comfortable. The location wasn't the most convenient. Parking was limited if you return later in the evening.

It was clean and close to Angel of the Winds where our concert was. That hotel was full. They also provide a free shuttle to tulalip and other places in the area. The free breakfast was the best we have ever had!!! You can create your own omelette or burrito

Clean room, parking is good.

Clean rooms, but toliets have very large cracks in them. They need repaired. Flooring missing from 2nd level when you exit elevators . Pool flooring needs cleaned has mold growing . Staff unhelpful at snack counter. Didn't allow you to charge to room or take a debit card.

We loved the room. It was comfy and quiet. We slept all night with no noises. The breakfast was really good and the staff was super nice.

When we arrived about 7:45 pm the swimming pool was already closed. We were really looking forward to a nice swim after a long day.
