The biggest advantage of this place is that Grand Avenue Park, where you can see the harbor and a pretty village, is about a 20-minute walk away. So, you could walk back to the accommodation around dusk and enjoyed the views. Additionally, the room was very clean, and the hot water worked well. The bed was comfortable too. The price seems reasonable for the location. I was initially confused about the 'free breakfast' and felt embassaded. However, upon closer inspection, it seems to be a mistake on Booking.com's part rather than the establishment. If they briefly mentioned that the 'Genuin Free Breakfast,' based on membership level, is provided by the property only if they offer breakfast, customers wouldn't likely mistake it as the property's fault. I also complained at first, and since most reviews were similar, I initially thought there was something wrong with the place. But after calming down and investigating further, it seems to be an error from the booking site. Note that there's a Starbucks right next to the accommodation that opens early, so keep that in mind.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the lights were dim. My main purpose was to sleep, so it wasn't a big problem, but the lighting was not good for doing work at night in the accommodation. This may not be suitable for those seeking perfect soundproofing. It didn't disrupt my sleep or daily routine, but occasionally, I could hear faint noises, perhaps the sound of doors closing. In the morning, there were footsteps that sounded like noise from the floors above. The biggest inconvenience was that when booking, it was listed as 'free breakfast' depending on the membership level, but they didn't actually serve breakfast. Fixing this on the Booking.com side would be helpful for both travelers and the accommodation.

The front desk person was so friendly. He tried his best to help us while were staying at the property. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, quite place, and proximity to shopping places.

Breakfast room was out of order and under renovation. No water fountain either. No coffee. I can understand the renovation part but we need water for our Yetti water bottle. Disppointed by that.

The room was clean and well made up. It was easy to find and the location was pretty decent.

I left a note for housekeeping but forgot to tell the front desk when I checked out but the room I was in the lamp did not have a light bulb in it. Also the alarm had a 6 am setting and went off, which I did not know how to turn off so unplugged the alarm clock. Also the tubs have the extra bath mat so you don't slip but I didn't notice it was there until after my shower and almost slipping inside the tub. It was located with the hair dryer under the sink instead of in the actual tub.

Very comfortable, spacious rooms. Good size bathroom.

I contacted the property regarding a very late check-in and got stuck at the car rental place at the airport. When I finally arrived at the hotel, the person at the front desk told me that he canceled my reservation, but he would give me the room still when I paid him 200$ in cash (which I didn't have). I showed him that the reservation still showed up on my phone and begrudgingly, he took my credit card to check me in. Didn't feel very welcome.

That Booking.com upgraded my room at a discounted price!

The furniture inside the room was horribly placed no feng shui at all so I took it upon myself to reorganize the room I should have taken a picture of before and after but I'm sure if that is how the room is usually set that they will reset it the way it was when I came in sadly.

It was vlose to work so i actuslly got 1 1/2 extra sleep time. Ventilation in bathroom.

poorly lit, under furnished cavernous rooms (had the king suite) Crap older tv without spple ir bluetooth so bring a roku or firestick. Slovenly nitetime desk attendant either lazy or lacking knowledge of hotel systems couldn’t even suggest some way to get my tv working. im going for the former. Covid is so over. Stop using it as an excuse for poor service and limited amenities

Location was ideal for me.

I was told of the $100 refundable deposit. This was explained by the person checking me in. Thennthe next morning checking out I was told the deposit would be back in my account on Monday the next business day. Now it's 10 days later and I still haven't received my $100 cash deposit.

It isn’t a good business practice to keep listing “free breakfast” on Booking.com (for years) after discontinuing it.

Rooms was very clean nice size.. bathroom was cleaning ..I was very please by the rooms and that was the only thing let me keep my booking and the staff was very helpful and nice.

Outside parking lot trashed really trashed I almost didn't feel safe to even parked In the parkinglot..very hood from looking at the parking lot almost didn't want to keep booking...

It was not what we expected for a Red Lion. No premium channels on the tv. Not as upscale as anticipated.
