Pro - offer unique hot sand onsen until 9pm, must try. Room is clean, specious, if you select sea view, you get best sun rise view from the sea. Inclusive dinner and breakfast were nice. Public onsen is as good.

Con - description of room at booking.com is misleading, indicating as a room with private toilet and bathroom, but in fact, only private toilet and no private bathroom. Only public bathroom in this hotel. Much misleading here for those not familiar with Japanese onsen hotels.

Very friendly and helpful staff - extremely good customer experience. Extremely spacious room, very clean and with spectacular view.

There have been too many large and small bowls and dishes used in the dinner ( the food is quite good) - I am so sorry for the waitresses who have helped to clean up the table. If the hotel can try to think about use less dishes, plates and bowls, it will save a lot of efforts, water and energy to clean them, ie it will be much environmental friendly and cost saving. The staff will be happier too. The are some pictures of the Japanese air force near the entrance of the onzen, perhaps it’s just a personal feeling, it reminds us the horror of having war, thinking about so many peoples die during war time and even nowadays 😔

The hotel offer black sand bath (at 1,100 yen) and onsen. There are a lot of different style of yukata for ladies to choose from. Dinner was delicious with a Japanese pork set and some other buffet option. The sea view was nice.

The pillow was too soft.

The seaview is good. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is polite and helpful when laying out the futon. The black sand bath is an interesting experience. The dinner and breakfast are yummy!

The only sernack is that there is no attached bathroom.

Rooms are clean. well thought with all the supplies provided in the room. Food is very good. The location is good with a few good restaurants near by.

The onsen is a bit disappointing

Very good breakfast buffet for all japanese wishes and western wishes. Rotemburo and Onsen. Possibility for sandbath with surcharge. Free Shuttle Bus 3 times a day with timetable to the station of Ibusuki.

The dinner was very good, but too much.

Free shuttle transportation next to the JR station. the room is very spacious with the wonderful seaview.

Shuttle service is a plus factor. Staff and facilities are met with expectation
