I liked the staff, room, gym, and breakfast – excellent!

Perhaps the bathroom could offer a greater variety of personal care products, not just a universal body and hair wash—especially considering this is a 4-star hotel, and it's unrealistic to expect guests to bring things like hair conditioner for just one night. Also, if you're already providing a kettle in the room, it would be nice to include regular black coffee, not just cheap 3-in-1 options. It unnecessarily detracts from the otherwise excellent impression of the hotel.

The hotel and restaurant staff were all superb - super polite and efficient. The bedroom and common areas were beautifully presented, with lovely bedding/ towels, decor etc

The bathroom was a little disappointing compared to the quality and size of the bedroom/ suite. It is somewhat small and dated, with an old fashioned shower mixer, and awkward shower doors, with the toilet squeezed into a narrow space.

Everything was very good, the hotel is great, the location is the best in Eszczecin. The staff is nice, the breakfast is like having dinner. Beautiful and delicious. I will come next time.

When starting the hydromassage tub, clumps of hair came out of the spout or spout and a yellow, sticky liquid formed on top of the foam. The tub had to be drained several times to keep it clean. It's worth a closer look at this for cleaners or maintainers. That said, everything WAS SPARKLING CLEAN!

Hotel Waldinger offered us a very comfortable stay. The staff at the front desk were kind and professional. Our room was large with a true king size bed (not always found in European hotels). The breakfast offered was the best of our entire two week vacation with a large menu to choose from. This hotel has the elegance of a bygone era. We would definitely recommend it.

Be aware that there is not an elevator in the hotel.

TV never worked since arrival. Air condition stopped working after 2 days. The restaurant staff was not informing before ordering that there is party of 50 in the back and had to wait almost an hour for food. Lack of communication.

Reasonably well located near the centre of town. 1820s building renovated to a hotel. Original features mostly left intact. Free parking for a centrally located hotel.

No lift. Needed help carrying luggage up almost 2 flights of stairs. Air conditioning a bit iffy.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location near tge main square, clean and comfortable room with excellent pressurized shower and fantastic breakfast where you choose from a menu. I had a very positive experience staying 2 nights at the hotel and recommended to anyone interested in visiting Osijek. An additional plus, it is a 10 minute walk from the bus station if catching a bus from or to.

one disadvantage is that the hotel does not have an elevator so for people who have problems with stairs

The quintessential feel of the hotel. The people/staff were truly exceptional!! Always there and desiring to take extra good care of us!! Truly spectacular and certainly my all time favorite smaller European hotel! I give your 5 stars for sure!!
