1. Very quiet and spacious room. 2. Hotel in a great location on the banks of the Meuse. A 15-minute walk from Guillemins station via La Boverie park. 3. Magnificent restaurant in every respect, from the menu to the quality.

1. The room is very cozy but very dimly lit. It's a bit difficult to read a book. 2. The bathtub (with bubbles :-)) is very slippery and there are no handles to help you get up. It's borderline dangerous. 3. I requested a room “with a view”; I imagined it would be overlooking the Meuse River. I ended up with a large room that overlooked the back of the hotel.

My wife and I loved everything about the hotel. It feels like a very hip place to be. It has private parking on site, above or underground, at a fee. Our room was on the 10th floor, which was a surprise and we had a view of the city. The room was spacious and had all amenities. Very quiet and comfortable. On our floor was also a rooftop bar with city views. The breakfast was very tasty and had lots of options. Our small dog was also allowed to stay in the hotel and even come to breakfast. There was a restaurant on the ground floor that had great food and fun atmosphere.

Only downside was that the hotel is a bit far from the hisotrical city center, about 25 minute walk.

Reviewed by a disabled traveller. The accessibility was great, we got straight from the car to our room via the lift (we parked underground). All of the staff were lovely and very helpful. The junior suite we booked was impressive and comfortable. The bathroom was …. spectacular 😍 An evening problem with the air conditioning was dealt with by Serge, we loved him. We ordered room service which was pretty expensive and a little disappointing - my ‘well cooked’ steak was grazing on the salad… I should have sent it back! Breakfast was the best of our three week trip - absolutely amazing.

Nothing. Except - the toilet was by the front door and the bathroom was the furthest away. It’s a long way to walk to wash your hands in these covid days.. I’ve noticed this set up quite often in Europe though.

I am very glad that this time I chose this Hotel, the best one among others I stayed in Liege. The Hotel is great, very stylish, modern, beautiful and comfortable. It has a very convenient location: in the centre, very close to the bus and train stations and to the historical part of the city, between two rivers and nearby is a beautiful green park to walk or to have jogging. The staff at the reception and in the restaurants are very friendly, polite, attentive and positive, many thanks to them for their kind help. The room is large and clean, beautifully and stylishly furnished, with a small kitchen but there is everything you need, with a large bathroom and necessary accessories, with a nice view at the river. The room is very calm and cozy. The restaurant and the brasserie are very tasty, with fast and good service. Unfortunately, I did not have time to use the services offered by the swimming pool and gym but will certainly do it next time I stay there:)

This is very individual. But I really do not like artificial, not real and fresh flowers in hotels and rooms. Better none. Beautiful furniture, stylish accessories and interesting bright paintings which were already in the room were enough.

The tub was amazing

The extra services bookable on their website were not great. I booked no housekeeping- the housekeeper came. I booked breakfast in the room - nothing until I bothered them at 10.30 at the reception. We were supposed to check out at 11 so it was rushed. Plus I ordered omelettes only to learn that they were not included in the 23EUR fee. Like… why? So had a rushed croissant with a coffee. Hmm. This should have been sorted by the staff during the check in.

Huge rooms with more then enough space for even 3 people. Bathroom with a nice roomy shower Option for a sauna/hot-tub and a small pool to take a bit of a swim, with an outdoor terrace. Very large selection for breakfast, even to have eggs freshly made for you on the spot. And the selfmade waffle station was also nice.

There was an option for a sauna, but i do kind of hate it when the sauna is stuck together with the pool area. Its just not the most hygienic option and i feel like people just get in the sauna because they feel it dries there swimsuits. But you just get a lot of the chemicals from the pool and the build up sweat and germs that are stuck inside clothing. While walking to and from the sauna, it seems like there would be plenty of space to have put the sauna seperate, because also the way it is now. It is a very cramped sauna to get in and out if there is already more then 2 people in. Also the "cold" shower might aswell not be there because standing outside was much more of a cooldown then the shower. What was shown on the website as sauna, was not at all what is there.

Room was perfect and clean. The best breakfast, really nice food. Staff friendly and the stay was overall very, very enjoyable.

Reception staff should be trained to know that foreigners does not understand or know the systems at the hotel & Belgium We had to run around unnecessarily to get in and out of the parking. We were also not informed that we need a tag from reception to be able to charge our EV That was the only negative about the stay

Very comfortable rooms, great hotel.

I've been to this hotel various times and usually everything is perfect. Not this time. For the first time, I felt like the main purpose was to drag as many pennies out of my pocket as possible. For example: something went wrong with my booking (my fault, had to check up front) which made me pay way too much. Also, in contrary to what the staff had told me upon arrival, I ended up having to pay the garage for two days as my car was there more than 24 hrs.

The hotel is located on the way in between the train station and the centre of the city. Superb breakfast, including fresh honeycomb and a glass of sparkling wine if you wish. The waiters are very efficient. BTW, the breakfast area is very well designed. So is the Sky-bar on the 10th floor - nice place to sip a glass of wine in the evening (only on Th, Fr and Sat, though). I got a very clean room, spacious, with huge and comfortable bed. A lot of TV channels to chose from.

The staff is usually very nice except the guy during check in who was not really welcoming and did not inform about anything, like breakfast time etc., if not asked. The rooms are supposed to be sound-proof, but they are not, and one can hear, for example, sounds of moving heavy chairs at ones neighbours.

Hotel is 10 minutes walk from city center, with a wonderful view on the river. Rooms are very spacious, super clean and very comfortable. Roof top bar is a must. Restaurant at ground floor is nice, large choice of drinks and dishes for all budgets. Personal is professional and smiling
