The hotel is nice and clean, very friendly staff. The check in was smooth, the room was clean, the beds are comfortable. We asked for a prepacked breakfast since we had to leave early and they packed it in the evening, no problem at all. The location is close to the town centre, 10 min walk to the main square. There is a tourist info centre 2 min away and a nice pizza place 5 min away.

The prepacked breakfast was only a bun with cheese, an apple and a bottle of water, so it was a bit dissapointing. The hotel is on the main road so there is a lot of traffic during the night but it didn't bother us too much. The price is too high compared to what you get but other accomodations are way more expensive so if you come here in August, I would say it is a great deal.

he location is very convenient between Toblach, Busbahnhof and Dobbiaco Toblach, and the living functions are good.

If you book through booking, you cannot participate in the half-board plan (only those who book directly with the hotel have the option of half-board service), and you can only order meals individually at the attached restaurant. It is recommended to provide a half-board option on the booking platform to make it more convenient for travelers.

Really clean and beautiful room. Location was very good to discover Dolomites.

Unfortunately we were not able to fully enjoy about hotel facilities. First night the restaurant was reserved only for some few people and therefor we werent allowed to eat at the restaurant. Our day of arrival we were informed that the spa and sauna section was in use until 7pm every day. The next day we were about to hit the sauna and then we were told that we would have had done a reservation for the sauna or spa to use it. We hadnt done that and then the spa was full or what so ever, but we werent allowed to use the sauna. So only bad thing to say is that we dont feel that we got totally covered with all information needed how to access and use hotel facilities.

Location is strategic, 10 minutes from the city center. Although part of the hotel is not far from the main road, there is not much traffic by night and we slept well. The staff was kind and supportive and even gave us the name of the shop where we could buy a plug adapter (we had an Italian plug that needed three holes, but there were none in the room). Breakfast was basic but friendly for those who like yogurt and muesli (but also chees and speck and cakes were present).

Maybe for some a richer breakfast, given the prize. Having friends in town we didn't use the restaurant and cannot give any judgment about it.

Room, view, location, easy walking access to downtown

Got charged twice for the room. Was eventually refunded, not for the amount I was charged the second time by about $50. The property has ignored my messages requesting an explanation. Booking.com also is no help in resolving this. We paid in advance. Do not trust the hotel desk agent who claims you have not paid.

Simple rooms and simple breakfast in pleasant surroundings, especially nice to sit on the terrace with a drink in the evening as it gets sun till late. Friendly owners and staff and they will always try to make sure you find a parking spot even if the parking seems full.

Weird table numbering system at breakfast for organising and separating guests which was confusing and just in general a mystery - but apparently very important so pay attention…

Good property to stay in if you are hiking. In all honesty I feel it’s pricy, but that’s because of its location. Everything else was even more expensive. My expectations were to find a least pricy, clean space close to the bus stop. I can’t say much because we came in late and checked out after breakfast so wouldn’t be able to give a detailed description. We were also tired after a red eye so I fell asleep fairly quick. The breakfast was very good. The place was clean.

Pilows should be better. Small table on the beautiful terrace would be nice. Breakfast should be with more varietes. But this is not of big importance😊

Excellent location, quit but close to the center of Dobbiaco. Great spot to explore the Three Peaks area and close proximity to Lago di Braies, Fun bob and Dobbiaco Lake. I totally recommend Dobbiaco instead of Cortina D'Ampezzo.
